I was a victim of racism by the concierge, never rent this place, I rented the property to spend 2 days with my boyfriend and when my boyfriend was at work the concierge kept knocking on the door saying that I was opening the door several times and my boyfriend and I are smokers and the apartment did not have a balcony we always had to go down to be able to smoke, the concierge claimed that he knew what a South American was doing there, I did not understand his position, my boyfriend and I are already looking for the law to solve it in the best way

If you are looking for a warm place to stay in winter, this apartment is not for you.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. One bedroom was fine and warm, but the second bedroom was terrible. It was freezing the entire night. Even with the blanket, it was impossible to stay warm. The floor was ice cold, and sleeping there was extremely uncomfortable.

I contacted the property about this issue, and they told me that the room temperature was 22°C and that they could not make it warmer. This is simply not true. Maybe one room was 22°C, but the other bedroom felt almost the same temperature as outside.

On top of that, the toilet smelled very bad, which made the stay even more unpleasant.

The only positive thing about this place is the location, which is quite nice. Unfortunately, comfort and cleanliness were far below expectations.

- les équipements électriques mis à disposition (bouilloire, machine à café, grille-pain) sont en prise ronde / européenne, donc inutilisables, car aucun adaptateur n'est mis à disposition
- le service client, au bout de 5 jours d'échanges (sur les 7 du séjour), n'avait toujours pas mis à disposition d'adaptateurs. J'ai dû en acheter un, faute d'efficacité et de réactivité des équipes
- la VMC, bien que très bruyante, n'empêchait pas le logement d'être très humide
- local poubelle particulièrement sale
- la poubelle de la salle de bains n'avait pas été vidée avant notre arrivée

En résumé, bon séjour et á recommender qualité prix.

L'emplacement idéal, parking super avec ascenseur, jolie vue depuis le balcon, personnel très poli et disponible.

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est la baignoire, pas du tout de barre pour se tenir, donc dangereux, j'ai risqué plusieurs fois de tomber car avec le savon c'est une vèritable patinoire et si on prend un bain on ne peux plus sortir de la baignoire trop profonde et comme je l'ai dit rien pour nous aider à se lever et sortir. En plus, même en faisant attention on inonde toute le sol de la salle de bain comme il n'y a pas de manpare. Alors j'ai achetè une barre avec vantouse pour avoir un peu de sécurité. En plus le mècanisme de l'écoulement ne fonctionnait pas por fermer ou ouvrir l'écoulement de l'eau. et à l´heure actuelle, dans les hôtels, les baignoires c'est du vieux jeux, on passe aux douches, plus confortables et sécurisée.
