Good find!
Pros:

The building is new and both rooms and common areas were clean. Beds were comfortable, laundry in the building (pricey though!), easily access to the train station, grocery, and restaurants. There was a fan in the room, which helped with the heat.

Cons:

We were there in a heat wave, and the room was very warm. The access to the building was confusing with the accesssing of the app through the Whatsapp messaging. Most of the people in the group had no issue but as the person who booked the rooms, I had to request access when I got to the building. Warning- while they say there is parking, it is underground through a small door and tight turns- a small SUV will have a challenge in accessing it and there was no way our VITO van was going in there. So we had to drive around town for a while to find a place to park (3 blocks away and about 10CHF a day). Not a deal breaker, but good to know when you are exhausted from travel and just want to go to bed!

Pour un week-end ou une semaine c’est top!
Pros:

La proximité avec la gare, les restaurants, les magasins, tout est à 2minutes. Le parking est génial. Buanderie à disposition très pratique.

Cons:

Il manque un petit meuble dans la salle de bain, sous le lavabo pour déposer des affaires, parfum etc.

Ottima struttura e posizione.
Pros:

Pulita,moderna,attrezzata,posizione strategica.posteggio coperto.

Cons:

Faticato col chek in....ma la comunicazione con la struttura è sostanzialmente rapida.

Ubytovanie bolo čisté,postele super,kuchynské vybavenie,všetko čo sme potrebovali,bolo k dispoziicii.
Radi sa tam vrátime,odporučam.

Idéal pour une étape ou court séjour professionnel
Pros:

Emplacement. Proximité de la gare. Parking sous-terrain gratuit. Bon équipement (kitchenette, machine a café etc.). Construction récente.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Le concept contactless peut faire un peu peur mais une personne a tout de suite répondu au téléphone quand j'ai eu besoin d'un renseignement ce qui est rassurant.

Cons:

Porte de salle de bains qui bloque sur le sol à 45°(comment se fait il que personne ne l'ait signalé/corrigé depuis le temps?). Logement trop chaud alors qu'il fait frais dehors et est orienté nord (chauffage actif?): difficile de dormir fenêtre ouverte pour rafraîchir à cause de la rue bruyante (ça dépend de quel côté est situé votre studio)

Pros:

Very close to the train station but still quiet. Modern place, functional. All main amenities are available incl hair dryer (search in the wardrobe). Kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils. Nice balcony.
The staff replies very quickly for any issue.

Cons:

Cleanliness in general was good, but some surfaces like the table on the balcony, or the shelves in the bathroom had visibly not been cleaned for a while.
Pillows are very high and a bit too hard.
No place to dry dishes nor a hanger for clothes.

Super Lage zum Bahnhof!
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist Top. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und gebeten, dass sie nahe zusammen sind da wir mit Kindern unterwegs sind. Anfänglich waren sie auf zwei Stockwerken dies konnte aber Telefonisch sehr schnell angepasst werden.

Cons:

Leider war der Geruch im Zimmer sehr unangenehm, auch mit viel Lüften hat man den Geruch nicht hinaus bekommen.

Handy for station. - Clean and adequate.

Cons:

Bedside lights would have made a BIG difference and generally light not good for reading. Also we failed to carry a copy of the key code and there is no WIFI signal in that area. We had to get help from the Restaurant below who told us your customers "are always having that problem". Suggest a clear warning TO TAKE A PAPER COPY OF THE KEY CODE WITH YOU. Otherwise all good.

Pros:

Le côté moderne et épuré de l’appartement

Cons:

Le bruit. L’appartement situé côté gare avec le tram qui passe à quelques mètres et juste en-dessous de l’étage. On a l’impression qu’il traverse la chambre.
Quartier gare très animé jusqu’à tard dans la nuit
