Very good valued and comfortable for this price
Pros:

I guess they upgrade us to the lager apartment with huge balkon around all the rooms. Although has a little bit noise from train but has good window isolation, so was not disturbed by sleeping.
The rooms were spacious and utilities are well supplied in the kitchen and bathroom. Although at the beginning was slightly difficult with the entering in the parking garage of all details of password, and also hard to find the light switches in the kitchen, but through the communication of WhatsApp with hotel, it was easily solved.
Big surprise was the daily cleaning of rooms which we never experienced in another apartment hotel, especially with this price, was great valued for what we paid.
It located in small village but coop supermarket is 150m , good to buy ingredients for our meals. And drive to Glacier 3000, Montreux or Vevey around 30 mins, it’s quite convenient for us to visit all those attractions. It was great and comfortable place for us, we will surely come back when we visit this region again!

Cons:

Only one side of the bed has lamp, so it’s difficult for the person who hasn’t lamp to walk through the room when need go to toilet in the night.

Résidence propre

clean, comfortable, self-catering apartment hotel, centrally located to regional transport.
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights to climb in the region. The hotel provided a practical base. Clean pleasant apartment. Modern fittings and kitchen. Easy booking and check-in comms via Whatsapp. . There is no onsite reception nor staff (other than cleaners). We’d return.

Cons:

Lack of bedside light switch. kitchen ok, but pans poorly matched for size. no smart tv. We stayed for a base from where to explore the area for climbing, so mostly appreciated the modern, no unnecessary frills design. No microwave (incorrectly stated as provided on Booking com)

Gute Lage, schönes Studio mit Küchenzeile und allem, was man braucht, um selber Essen zuzubereiten, schönes Badezimmer mit guter Dusche, bequemes Bett. Unser Studio war sehr ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen.
Parking direkt im Gebäude.
Guter Preis.

Cons:

Der Ausgussfilter im Wasserkocher war ekelerregend. Verkalkt und überzogen mit einem braunen Schleim. Die Pfannen waren nicht ganz sauber.
Der Dampfabzug wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt. Klebrig und voller Staub.
Im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Duschtücher.
Der Fussboden wird sicher gesaugt aber kaum feucht aufgenommen und ist deshalb nicht wirklich sauber (die Socken wurden schnell ganz dreckig).

Situation géographique
Pros:

Le logement est propre, très bien situé et bien équipé, le parking en sous sol est appréciable .

Cons:

Il manquerait juste un petit meuble ou étagère dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir poser les trousses de toilette ou affaires.

Good value for money .
Pros:

I liked everything about the property . But their system of registration and electronic key I didn’t like at all .
There is everything on the kitchen for cooking . Even a dryer for the salat . That was a surprise for me . Everything is in a good condition . The cleaning is good . The location is perfect for skiers . 20 min by car to reach 3 nice ski resorts . The price was 70eu . For Switzerland it’s very good . Underground parking was very convenient . Quite place . There is a laundry for the extra charge . And a restaurant right in the building.

Cons:

The registration system and electronic key was a disaster . If you don’t have a mobile phone ( no charger , no internet connection, no possibility to make local calls ) this hotel is not for you . When I’ve arrived it happened to me that my phone was dead . And I had to find a charged and to get some power to get the connection and to register , to get the code for the door . To find the room . Because it was not obvious what floor it was . To find the garage was also a quest . It’s not exactly under the building but further . And a sign is very small. You can’t see it when you don’t know about it . I suppose the have to send the clear instruction how to do everything to what’s up or to e mail . Otherwise you have to spend about a hour or more for the research how everything works . And if you went out and forgot your phone : you are homeless . No chance to enter the room . No staff . No possibility to open the door without a code . So be careful .
