Cons:

If you arw going as a couple, pls find some other hotels because here the staff is not that cooperative with couples. They will stare at you ( if unmarried) like you are a murderer. My experience was very bad there. The manager Gagan will call you after checkout and will ask personal questions whether the male person with you is your husband or not!!!! He try to make friendships with females by texting them personally. I have faced all of this. Also if you are not married then your ID's will be checked by police! This is ny genuine review. Pls find some other hotels ( adviced for couples only ) families still opt for this hotel.

Not worth for 1000 but they changed 2000

At least a place to sleep and breakfast as per our requested time

Disappointed with Our Stay – Not Worth the Money

We were quite disappointed as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The entrance itself gave a bad impression — it looked old and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, things didn’t get better after check-in.

The room was nothing like the pictures shown in the hotel listing. It was very old, not well-kept, and didn’t feel clean. The bathroom was unclean and smelled bad, and the fridge was broken. Overall, the entire room felt outdated and poorly maintained.

My children were also unhappy and didn’t feel comfortable staying here. We had expected a better experience based on the online details, but this hotel did not meet our expectations at all.

For the amount we paid, it was definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it goes through major renovations and improves its cleanliness and facilities.

Horrible experience!!
Pros:

Literally nothing!!!

Cons:

All their rooms smell like a toilet. As soon as you turn on the AC the room starts smelling like crap. Cockroaches everywhere. Hotel staff is illiterate, but they try their best to help with the resources available to them

Location wise the stay was ok. Hygiene, facility, service and food wise our experience was very bad.
Pros:

Location was fine but the breakfast was of a poor quality.

Cons:

The service facility and cleanliness was very poor. We even faced issues regarding the payment. During booking the amount that was shown was 5687rs but during payment 6347rs. There was no cooperation from there side regarding this. I feel I was cheated for the payment by booking.com. I recommend not to book through booking.com platform.

Hospitable stay
Pros:

The staff was very soft spoken and welcoming. Very quick to react to requests. The location was very centric. The lift was working. The bed was comfortable. The toiletries were appropriate. The sheets, towels were clean.

Cons:

Some furniture was very old. The water was leaking from the tap. There were issues with the kettle, the flush button. Although the staff was very quick to fix that
