The best thing happened to us in our Kashmir tour.
Pros:

This is the best thing happened to us in our Kashmir tour. Unlike most other house boats the family who own the property for decades manage it by themselves. Therefore you will get quick attention to any thing that you want.
They gave us a surprise candle light dinner for free. We would have stayed there for more days if we had not already booked other places for the coming days in Kashmir. All the best from Sri Lanka

It’s value for money, near ghat 12 of Dal Lake.
Pros:

The view from the front. The welcome Kawa, and overall good hospitality. This is a 3 star house boat. They have their own shipyard and we took a ride. Overall a pleasant one night stay.

Cons:

Nothing as such. The breakfast was sort of okay. Maybe the space in the room was a bit small, but I won’t complain.

Pros:

The accommodation was beautiful and clean, and the staff were very friendly and service-minded. They arranged a wonderful two-day tour for us around the city with a good car and an excellent guide. The food was exactly what we had hoped for and very delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but everything else more than made up for that small inconvenience.
