Pros:

Leuk pand met fijn personeel.
Parkeerplaatsen genoeg op een steenworp afstand en voor deur overdag max 1 uur en na een bepaalde tijd de hele nacht.

Stilvolles, gepflegtes Ambiente in erstklassiger Lage
Pros:

Die Lage unmittelbar am Paradeplatz ist hervorragend: mit einem gut 10-minütigen Spaziergang durch den Stadtpark ist man in der Altstadt, zur anderen Seite ist es nur wenig länger bis zum Nord-Ostsee-Kanal mit Hochbrücke und Schwebefähre. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten erstklassig. Das gesamte Gebäude-Ensemble ist um einen schönen Innenhof gruppiert und macht einen einen gepflegten und einladenden Eindruck.
Das Frühstück könnte nicht besser sein: Neben dem Erwartbaren wie Rührei, Bacon & Co. sind insbesondere die vielen frischen Sachen bemerkenswert: Diverse Salate, Tomaten mit Schafskäse und Antipasti gibt es Obst – für Müsli-Liebhaber bereits mundfertig geschnippelt.

Cons:

Die Platzkapazität im Frühstücksbereich ist etwas knapp bemessen, das kann bei guter Belegung etwas eng werden. Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war stilvoll, aber in gewisser Weise etwas spartanisch: Kein Problem, wenn man wie wir für zwei Nächte »aus dem Koffer« lebt, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich Ablagemögllichkeit für Wäsche, Hemden etc. vermissen.

Ein angenehmer Ort
Pros:

Das Economy Apartment ist komfortabel genug, um dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Schlafcouch befindet sich in einem separaten Raum. Beide Räume lassen sich recht gut verdunkeln. Die Küchenausstattung haben wir nicht benutzt, aber es sieht so aus, als ob man auch sehr gut kochen könnte. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfreich und schnell. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich reichhaltig, toll zubereitet - und es bietet so viel verschiedenes, dass man leicht Nahrungsmittel wie Gluten oder Fleisch vermeiden kann. Das Hotel hat einen geräumigen Innenhof mit viel Grün und einigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Es war etwas teurer, als wir sonst für Ferienwohnungen dieser Größe und Ausstattung gewohnt sind, aber möglicherweise liegt das einfach daran, dass ein Hotel Personalkosten aufbringen muss, die ein privater Gastgeber nicht abrechnet.
