All stuff were very nice and friendly, we liked the services provided, room was nice and clean, we had good rest there :)
凉しく過ごせた。ウォーターサーバーがあり良かった。
女性の方の対応が、口調も強く、怒られてる感じがし嫌な感じ。トイレの床がキシキシ言って抜けそう。お風呂のお湯の温度の設定が、なかなか出来なかった。照明も、電球がチカチカして目が疲れた。行くたびに、だんだん対応が悪くなってる感じがする。
We booked non-smoking rooms (it said available & confirmed) but when we arrived, the staff said there’s no non-smoking room available at all.
