Einfach wunderschön - wenn auch sehr teuer
Pros:

Wir sind „Wiederholungstäter“ und waren nun schon zum zweiten mal in Ronchinne.
Und es war wieder unglaublich schön. Die Anlage ist so wunderbar und man kann an jeder Ecke nur staunen.
Vom guten Essen (perfektes Frühstück mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann und hervorragendes Abendessen mit fabelhafter Weinauswahl) bis hin zum Drink an der Bar oder auf der Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick, haben wir alles genossen.
Das Personal war stets freundlich, teilweise sogar richtig herzlich und auch witzig. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter alle ihren Job mit Herz und Seele machten.
Es war einfach zum wohlfühlen.
Die Einrichtung im Schloss mit den vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken und auch in den Zimmern ist einfach unglaublich geschmackvoll und hochwertig.
Die Außenanlagen und der Poolbereich sind natürlich und dennoch gepflegt.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. das Dorf Crupet mit einem kleinen Schloss und einer interessanten Grotte) und auch viele Wanderrouten.

Cons:

Wir fanden es insgesamt recht teuer.
Man kann z.B. beim Abendessen leider nur das komplette Menü bzw. Buffet bestellen. Es gibt keine Kleinigkeiten, a la Card oder soetwas. Das umfangreiche Buffet lohnte sich für uns nicht so sehr, da wir mittags gut gegessen hatten und abends nur noch eine Kleinigkeit brauchten.
Insgesamt haben uns dadurch zwei Nächte in einem sogenannten Deluxe-Doppelzimmer (es war ein kleines Häuschen im Park mit Terrasse) incl. Frühstück und Abendessen und einem Leihbademantel für 9€ dann mal eben schlappe 927€ gekostet. Das finde ich schon recht happig (aber wir wussten es ja vorher- und Gutes ist einfach oft teuer 🥴).
Schade, dass die Bar erst um 16:30 Uhr öffnet. Zwischen dem Frühstück und dieser Zeit muss man schauen, wie man sich selbst versorgt. Man kann also nicht einmal zwischendurch irgendwo einen Kaffee oder einen Snack bekommen. Wenn man das vorher weiß, richtet man sich darauf ein und bringt sich Knabbereien oder löslichen Kaffee für den Zimmerwasserkocher mit. Aber ich fände ein durchgehendes Angebot einer Bar oder eines Cafés schon ganz gut. Das haben wir vermisst.

Great Place for a Romantic Weekend
Pros:

Beautiful property and facility. Stayed in the Loft Cube. It was back away from everything and very peaceful. Nice pool, Hamaam and Sauna.

Cons:

Was charged for breakfast but never ordered it. We only ordered dinner. Noticed this when I received emails of extra billing. I will try to call to see if we can have bill removed from my CC.

This place is just amazing! Stunning location and view, comfortable and very clean room (we were in the Carillon), immense garden well maintained, plenty of activities to do outdoor, great breakfast
