Pros:

La gente de recepción muy amable! Sobre todo gianina ! La gente del restaurante no fue amable El desayuno un desastre lleno de moscas ! Y pedí yogur ya que lo no envasado me daba asco y no había ! La habitación si bien era buena, el agua caliente de la ducha costaba que saliera No hicieron bien la limpieza de la misma las tazas de café no las lavaron !

Pros:

Local excelente! Bom atendimento. O único problema foi o chuveiro que a água não esquentava. Reclamamos mas pelo jeito já sabe que o problema existe. Tirando isso foi tudo perfeito a pousada é maravilhosa.

O hotel é ótimo!
Confortável, bonito, aconchegante, agradável e bem localizado!
Ficamos em um quarto, no primeiro andar, com vista para piscina e mar - uma vista espetacular!
Os funcionários bem educados e solícitos; destaque para Jeremias (o Cafu), que atende na praia - super atencioso, educado e prestativo com todos, inclusive com banhistas que não estavam hospedados no hotel, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e buscando oferecer o melhor serviço para o hóspede!
O café da manhã é muito bom em qualidade, porém não em diversidade; poderia ter maior variedade e quantidade. Servem 2 tipos de sucos, pães (2 ou 3 tipos), bolos (2 ou 3), café e iogurte; preparam beiju (de tapioca).
O restaurante serve também almoço e jantar (até as 21h), almoçamos duas vezes - pratos muito bons! - também não tem muita variedade no cardápio.
Gostamos muito do hotel e pretendemos retornar!

An amazing stay

What an amazing stay. Amazing staff, great location, fantastic rooms and overall service. Worth every penny.

Only thing I would like to see an improvement on is that the staff is sligtly more «hand-on» regarding collecting all plastic trash in the sand outside the hotel. There is not much, but still too much

Amamos!
Pros:

Surpreendente! Pousada linda, confortável (dormimos MUITO bem) e convenientemente perto do centrinho (5 minutos de caminhada pela praia ou pela pista). A praia em frente ao hotel, apesar da proximidade do centro, parece particular, de tão sossegada. E tem piscinas naturais maravilhosas. O serviço de praia foi o melhor que já vi na vida: cadeiras novas, confortáveis, com um cardápio variado e funcionários para atender exclusivamente quem está na praia. Não esperamos nem um minuto. Bastava chamar e o Hércules e o Felipe estavam lá prontamente, trazendo os nossos pedidos com muita simpatia e sem demora. Côco gelado delicioso, peixe grelhado muito fresco, caldinho de feijão espetácular etc.
O restaurante é excelente, comida jóia desde o café da manhã. Destaque para o Gibson, que nos serviu com bom humor e eficiência.
Enfim, amamos tudo: o quarto (o nosso tinha até piscina privativa, que não usamos rsrs), a piscina deliciosa, a vista e a boa energia do lugar!
O pessoal do hotel está de parabéns, desde a Daniella (que prontamente resolveu um problema na nossa reserva) até a recepcionista Olga, que nos deu boas dicas. O gerente também é extremamente simpático e atento aos detalhes!
Pretendemos voltar em breve, se Deus quiser!!!
