Good property for family and friends
The location.
The location
The location. Nothing else.
The restaurant was under renovation. So no in room dining .So for even morning tea we had to go out.
Staff was non existent.
Room had no facility like hook or hanger. The washroom drainage was blocked partially.
The TV did not work
Staff service was satisfactory. The other good thing was each room was having WIFI router due to which no issues of internet. They provided Ice cubes to me which was chargeable and that is ok for me.
The food was not that good. No cleanliness the laterine pot was having yellow and red stains the bathroom floors were also having stains. The bathroom taps / Pipes were of plastic. Food was not good. considering the overall facilities the charges seems to be very high and not worth it.

Limited parking. Less swimming pool time. No early morning tea available. Toilet was dirty. Had to call and ask for towels, soap and water. Very limited staff.
Budget friendly resort with good service and nice food especially sea food , rooms were clean and tidy Swimming Pool was very neat definitely visit again.
Sea food was very tasty front desk people was very polite and quick responsible, safe place for family and couples definitely recommended

Hotel staff was rude. They didn't have much options for food. Most of the things we requested were answered with a no, not available. Bathroom doors did not have proper latches. Rooms were not clean

I didn't like their services at all. I got a dent on my car roof, something has fallen down on the roof of the car in their designated parking place at midnight which they include in their amenities. They didn't want to listen or were unaware of the responsibilities if anything occurs in their premises during the customer stay, they are responsible for the causes. Their manager or Sr manager keeps on arguing with me over my car insurance for claiming the damage on my car. Finally, when I didn't get any results from them, I left the hotel after being there for 3 hours post checkout waiting for manager or Sr manager. I was at the hotel for two days with my family of five. The worst resort and the staff I have ever experienced in my life.
Only Location and clean rooms.
Nothing was as per the photos on Booking site, no toiletries, no towels, no breakfast at property which should have been available as per the site. Staff being rude, was not expected. DON'T BOOK PLEASE!!
Rooms / toilet were clean, hot water, TV, AC was working. Breakfast options were typical, quantity/quality was okay.
Check-in experience okay, Hotel's number on Booking.com was not responsive so couldn't get confirmation on our booking and not even got the deluxe room that we booked for first night. But they settled for complimentary breakfast for us for next 2 days.
Shower at Swimming pool was not functioning and no guests were cared about taking water on them before entering the pool.. way to pool is from restaurant which was awkward
Parking management was pathetic, they should have a watchman for busy days as cars were parked randomly without much care about others. We had to wait 30-45 mins because some idiot parked right on the only entrance/exit of the property.
Short of words to express it's amazing and need to try once u won't feel like moving it was a 3 days stay food was so amazing hygiene highly maintained. Amazing staff felt like home. Best part is it's close to the beach .
