Гарне місце для перепочинку в довгій дорозі.
Pros:

Розташування чудове, персонал дуже привітний

Cons:

Душ ніяк не відокремлений, тож підлога у ванній повністю мокра після душу. Багато короткого волосся було в кімнаті. Можливо тваринки, бо готель петфрендлі. Прибирати краще ретельніше. Серед нас була одна людина з астмою, тож довелося користуватися сальбутамолом.

Pros:

Friendly staff...great location you can walk anywhere in the old town. The room was huge and breakfast was wonderful. Great value for money.

Cons:

The curtains did not cover the windows so you have street light all night.

Uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The bed in our room was completely broken – the wooden slats under the mattress kept falling out of the holders, which caused the mattress to collapse. As a result, my husband, who was sleeping on it, was also falling down with the mattress. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until such basic issues are fixed. Staff were nice but this isn’t fixing the problem!

Като цяло хотела за тези пари, не е лош. На много добра локация, персонала е супер любезен и е чисто.

Cons:

Не ми хареса, че ключовете от стаите, се оставят на рецепция и всеки би могъл, да влезе до като те няма, а вещите са ти вътре...Не ми хареса, че гостите от 7 сутринта, са доста шумни и съня, е мираж...Но това се дължи на липсата на каквато и да е изолация в целият хотел. За мен, не е реално, да се чуваме едни други сякаш сме във една голяма стая.

Pros:

Чудесен и старателен персонал! Закуската е богата и вкусна!

Cons:

1. Няма комарници на прозорците...в Русе комари си има от край време.
2. В стая за двама има само един стол.
3. Осветлението е незадоволително и слабо. Плафонът на тавана, не е достатъчен, за да освети стаята. Има само една нощна лампа.
4. В банята има също какво да се желае. Очевидно не е довършена съвсем.
5. Леглото е неудобно, с прекалено хлътващ матрак и безумно дебели и твърди възглавници.
Съжалявам! Никога досега не съм давала негативен отзив, обаче вярвам, че това са временни недоразумения и всичко ще се подреди в скоро време.

Месторасположение, персонал прекрасный🔥, еда в ресторане вкусная, чисто.

Cons:

В одном из номеров кухонной мебели больше, чем нужно, а шкафа-купе куда повесить вещи нет. Полки в душе для полотенец плохо закреплены, откручивались и падали.

Location! I have arrived at the 3am, hotel door where open and the keys with my name on it was at the deck I was so surprise at the confidence and trust, amazing! You will never see this in western country.
