Couldn’t get a more convenient, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Brand new, across the road from the train station. Beautiful public bath, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Small criticism, but the food could be better. It was so convenient being able to eat dinner and breakfast without having to leave, I would still choose to eat here.

Das Hotel ist mit vielen hübschen Details ausgestattet, die Lage ist hervorragend und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Auch das Onsen hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Standard des Hauses. Die Salatblätter und andere Zutaten werden vom Personal einzeln abgezählt vorgelegt, die frei verfügbaren Zutaten waren teilweise aus und der Tisch, auf dem sie angeboten wurden, war total verkleckert, was angesichts der Enge kein Wunder war. Ich würde für dieses Frühstück keinen Cent mehr bezahlen.

犬山での滞在は最高でしたが、特にスタッフの方々の素晴らしい対応に深く感動しました。
翌朝、駐車場で車のバッテリーが上がってしまい、パニックになっていたところ、ホテルの皆様が親身になってロードサービスへの連絡を手伝ってくださいました。さらに、中国語が堪能なスタッフの方（お名前は確か黒石様だったかと思いますが）を呼んでくださり、ロードサービスの到着時間の確認や状況の説明をとても丁寧に翻訳していただきました。
それだけでなく、そのスタッフの方はわざわざ駐車場まで同行し、作業が終わるまでずっと通訳として付き添ってくださいました。異国の地で困り果てていた私にとって、これほど心強いサポートはありませんでした。
お名前を挙げたスタッフの方をはじめ、フロントの皆様のプロフェッショナルで温かいおもてなしに心から感謝いたします。犬山に来る際は、必ずまたここに泊まりたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました！

部屋は清潔感は最高！
Pros:

綺麗でフロントの方の対応がよかったです。

Cons:

泊まった部屋が産後ケアの部屋の横になっていて赤ちゃんがいるので静かにと看板があり、結構外からの音が聞こえていたのでかなりドアやドライヤーの音など気になりだして少しですが気疲れしました。
