Cons:

比較可惜的是，我們入住的房間煙味相當重。雖然飯店強調為禁菸飯店，實際入住時仍能明顯聞到煙味。向櫃檯反應後，飯店人員有立即送來空氣清淨機協助處理，但味道依然無法完全改善。

另外，由於飯店附近能選擇的餐廳非常少，因此晚餐幾乎只能在飯店附設餐廳解決。但餐廳價格偏高，餐點表現中規中矩，再加上服務人員似乎多為實習生，整體服務品質仍有加強空間。

客服人員很親切幫忙我們處理住宿中所有事務。我這次是7/13去看周杰倫演唱會所以入住，前台經理很熱心幫我處理入住的事情。酒店有提供免費大巴載我們去演唱會場，怕我們去看演唱會渴了餓了他們有準備零食以及水給我們帶著，從去會場到回酒店就看Robin很盡責的忙進忙出三天，必須給好評，大大的好評

Enjoyable. Just what I needed.
Pros:

Dining was good. Very impressed with the Japanese Restaurant

Everything else was good. Concierge. Check in. (although someone did jumped my queue) . Room was excellent.
Taxi was abundance awaiting

Cons:

My only peeve was that someone took off his shirt in the gym, bearing his tattoo. A turn off indeed.
