Absolument tout. La nourriture est excellente, le personnel extrêmement attentionné, la manager s’occupe de tout, le cadre est magnifique et reposant, la chambre est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et très agréable.

Location idilliaca, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con un’attenzione quasi maniacale. Nulla è lasciato al caso: dalla pulizia impeccabile all’arredamento di design, tutto contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera armoniosa e raffinata.

Il cibo è semplicemente superlativo: genuino, salutare e preparato con grande cura, un vero punto di forza dell’esperienza.

Lo staff è sempre disponibile, presente ma discreto, mai invadente e altamente professionale. Un grazie speciale a Madalina per la sua gentilezza e attenzione.

Un’esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente.

The service from the entire team was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming, and you can really feel how much the team cares about the guests.

A special thank you goes to Madalina, the hotel manager, who is extraordinarily attentive and accommodating. Her level of hospitality is remarkable. She ensures that every detail is taken care of and that guests feel comfortable at all times. Her dedication and kindness truly elevate the whole experience.

Another highlight of our stay was the excellent cuisine. The chef is outstanding. Every single dish we tried was delicious, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with great care and skill. The food alone made our stay even more memorable and perfectly rounded off the entire experience.

This is a lovely little hotel run by the extremely capable and omnipresent Madalina- who ought to be CEO of whatever company owns this hotel. She runs a very tight ship and it shows. Everything is spotless and your wish is her command. Highly recommend.

Le confort de la chambre, la vue, la localisation, la nourriture largement au dessus de ce qu’on peut trouver ailleurs sur l’île. L’intimité que l’on retrouve dans l’hôtel. Le personnel et la manageuse 100/10.

Un très joli hôtel de 8 chambres, calme, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment spécial, c’est surtout la gentillesse incroyable de la propriétaire, une personne d’une générosité rare, toujours prête à tout pour aider.
Elle s’est pliée en quatre pour nous : elle nous a commandé 25 kg de riz pour que nous puissions les distribuer dans le village, et lorsque nous n’avons pas trouvé la boutique de savons dont elle nous avait parlé, elle a carrément fait venir les savons directement à l’hôtel. Une attention qui nous a profondément touchés.
Son équipe, tout aussi adorable, contribue à créer une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique.
Nous y avons très bien mangé : des plats délicieux, préparés avec amour, et de très bons cocktails, appréciés aussi bien par les voyageurs de l’hôtel que par ceux des établissements voisins.
La propreté est irréprochable, le cadre est paisible et vraiment agréable.
Seul petit bémol, la piscine peu exposée au soleil, mais ce n’est qu’un détail au regard de tout ce que l’hôtel offre.

The location is beautiful, even though it can be quite windy in the afternoon. But honestly, the hotel itself was beyond amazing, an unforgettable experience.

Uno degli alberghi più belli che abbia mai visto! Camere splendide, atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. Il ristorante è semplicemente eccezionale, tra i migliori in assoluto, con piatti curati e deliziosi. Camerieri e staff impeccabili: professionali, gentili e sempre disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale alla manager Madalina, che è davvero la numero uno! Tornerò sicuramente.

Мы были в 4 отелях на Занзибаре в нашем путешествии. Но именно этот отель оказался лучшим во всём! Хочется благодарить всех и посоветовать туристам останавливаться в “Passion”. Скорее всего это будут ваши лучшие эмоции и уровень комфорта!
В ресторане готовят вкусно, от души, с любовью. Это так важно и этого не найти на Занзибаре, поверьте.
У завтрака нет четкого времени, вас накормят тогда, когда вы выспитесь и спуститесь в их атмосферный ресторанчик. Это так здорово! Это и есть отдых!
Убираются чисто, в номере приятный аромат, всегда есть вода, чистые стаканы. Если чего-то не хватает, персонал поможет во всём.

В этом отеле рады гостям. Каждый для них - это праздник. Вами дорожат и готовы сделать дни в отеле наслаждением. Вы всегда это чувствуете и это большое человеческое достоинство.
Больше не острове мы нигде такого не нашли.

В дорогу нас провожал персонал, дали воду, подарили именной подарок.
Всё это украшает путешествие!

Our stay at Passion was amazing! The staff is so sweet and friendly, and takes such good care of you.

We ate all meals at the hotel because the quality and variation was great. The area both inside and outside the hotel property is fantastic, with the beach just outside the door step.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Zanzibar! Hope to be back here one day😍
