Alles, es ist extrem sauber und luxuriös. Das essen und das Personal sind einfach nur top. Extra Wünsche werden immer entgegen genommen, welche aber nicht nötig sind, weil es eine riesige Auswahl gibt an essen und trinken. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Meer
Madalina aber auch die anderen bemühten sich extrem, damit für uns alles perfekt ist und waren super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Unbelievable. This hotel and the services it provides are unreal. The stuff was polite and always welcome to help , the food was unbelievable tasty and fast in very reasonable prices, The cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. The manager was the right person in the right place always do anything she can do to please the residents of the hotel. I have never seen a hotel this spotless.

As someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a Master’s in Luxury Brand Management, I can honestly say I have rarely seen the principles we study executed so beautifully in real life.

Best place i stayed at in Jambiani/paje. The host is very hospitable and kind (as well as the rest of the staff there)..actually gave me a parting gift when i left. The place is lux and the food was great.

The location was amazing and waterfront. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. The best meals we had ever since we stepped in Tanzania & Zanzibar.
The staff was super polite, expecially Madalina who was super kind and helpful throughout our whole journey there.

Ce fut l’un des meilleurs hôtels de Zanzibar ! Il n’y a vraiment pas de mots pour décrire cet établissement : tout était absolument parfait.

Le personnel est adorable, d’une gentillesse incroyable et vraiment aux petits soins. Nous y avons fêté notre anniversaire de mariage et l’hôtel nous avait préparé plein de jolies surprises qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus magique.

Mention spéciale au chef cuisinier, tout simplement exceptionnel ! Nous nous sommes régalés à chaque repas.

De locatie in Jambiani is fantastisch. Het is heel rustig gelegen, een kleinschalig complex dat door Madalina fantastisch wordt gerund. Het team is zeer gastvrij en je ziet dat ze plezier hebben in hun werk. Alles is zeer goed onderhouden en de kamer, de tuin met heerlijke bedjes, alles ziet er spik en span uit.
Wat een geweldige plek om tot rust te komen en te genieten van Zanzibar.

Au niveau des infrastructures tout permet de se détendre : la chambre est sublime, les équipements sont propres et bien adaptés au besoin, le rooftop est incroyable avec une vue sublime. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir par rapport à la chaleur de l'eau de la mer.
Le service de laverie est parfait et le moins cher des autres hôtels que nous avons fait à Zanzibar.
Enfin, la nourriture y est succulente, pas besoin d'aller manger ailleurs du petit déjeuner au dîner.

She waits until the last guest has gone to bed before leaving. She goes one step further with every demand, always finding a way to exceed expectations.
Her professionalism, elegance and leadership are worthy of the finest luxury hotels in the world. Yet what impressed us the most was how personal and heartfelt everything felt. She remembers names, notices the smallest details, anticipates guests’ wishes before they even have to ask, and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels unique.

My wife and I stayed at Passion Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for such a special trip. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every small detail had been thought through — the hotel, the amenities, the room, all exceptional. It genuinely made the whole stay unforgettable.

The service from the entire staff is the best we’ve ever experienced. They know every guest, and more than that, they learn what you like and your taste, so the recommendations you get every single day are spot on. Madalina, the manager, is on top of absolutely everything and is available 24/7 — whether it was booking a day trip, telling us where to go in Jambiani, putting together a to-go box at 1am, or arranging a special dinner on the beach. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

The restaurant deserves its own mention — amazing food, with 4-5 specials per meal so you can keep trying new things every day. Everything is fresh, and it was without a doubt the best food we had anywhere in Zanzibar. It’s so good that people staying at nearby hotels come by just to eat there.

And then there’s the beach — a quiet stretch right in front of the hotel, with beautiful spots you can walk to nearby.

We also spent time in Nungwi during our trip, and even though every blog out there pushes Nungwi as the place to stay, we can say with confidence that Jambiani is so much better. It’s not overpriced, the quality is better, locals give you your space, and the scenery is simply stunning.

A hotel is not only a bed and a restaurant. The real good ones have a soul and a spirit. We loved every minute in this small and cozy hotel. Madalina and her team has taken care of us in the best possible way.
