Pros:

Första morgonen så fick vi beställa då vi endast var 12 gäster på hela hotellet. Det var offseason vi var där. Andra morgonen kom det fler och då var det full buffé.

Cons:

Pga offseason så var vi ju inte många boende, och så var ju personalen på tå under hela måltiderna. Lite jobbigt.
Ösregnade de två dagarna vi var där, så tyvärr vet vi inte hur stranden och havet var.

The view was nice , staff where very good.

The bathroom was grubby had not been cleaned for months 😱 The breakfast was cold every day did not matter what you had very poor. The place is very tired.

Belle hôtel et personnels en OR.
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel (comptoir de l'hôtel, service de chambre, l'ensemble du personnel au petit-déjeuner vraiment aimable et à l'écoute et enfin le gardiennage).

Le petit-déjeuner possède beaucoup de choix, possède du vrai café (ce qui n'est pas le cas dans pas mal d'hôtel en indonesie). Les diferents plats, desserts et autres sont différents chaque jours. Quand ont à une famille avec des enfants c'est un plus d'avoir beucoup de choix, chacun y trouvent sont compte.

L'hôtel est en face d'une belle plage (Kuta Beach), j'ai fait pas mal de plages aux alentours en scooter et je peut vous dire que au final je me suis dit que tous ses trajets n'ont servi à rien car pour moi cette plage était bien mieux que les autres. Pour profiter de cette plage je vous conseil d'y aller en début de matinée jusque vers 15h car après c'est la marrée basse. L'avantage de l'après-midi en marrée basse c'est pour les enfants car il y a beaucoup de mini piscine 😉.
De plus dans la journée il existe beucoup d'activité pour les enfants à côté de la plage.

L'hôtel est proche du centre où se trouve les restaurants et warung (mais plus des restaurants). En soit le centre c'est uniquement de la nourriture, vous verrez en journée c'est calme et quand approche la fin de journée (16h) tous commence à s'animer, attention car les restaurants ferment tôt.

La piscine avec ses 1.30m de chaque côté idéal pour profiter avec les enfants, spacieuse, avec des serviettes déjà en place sur chaque transat.

Pas mal d'espace ou se poser pour discuter.

Cons:

L'état de certaines finitions, comme le contour des portes intérieure (beaucoup de fissures), les toilettes ne possède pas assez de pression d'eau, l'ouverture et fermeture de la fenêtre est très difficile voir impossible à certains moment (concernant l'entrée des moustiques). A noter durant mon séjours aucun problème de moustique.

Je pense que l'hôtel aurait besoin de petits travaux à certains endroits comme les chambres par exemple (un coup de peinture, refaire certaines jointures..ect) presque rien mais vu la superficie c'est vrai que c'est quand même un gros budget. Malheuresement si l'hôtel veut encore être à la page il faudra obligatoirement des travaux.

A savoir entre la réception et la sortie de l'hôtel il y a quand même une bonne marche à pied, c'est pas énorme mais il faut le savoir, si vous avez un scooter aucun souci à ce sujet.

Seul petit bémol, lorsque nous avons utilisés les serviettes de la piscine nous avons eu énormément de bouton sur tous le corps le lendemain. C'était la seul fois que nous avions utilisés la piscine.

Dans l'ensemble il n'y a pas énormément de points négatifs, comme citer précédemment des travaux de rénovation serait un plus.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless — super clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. I especially loved the breakfast; it had a great variety and everything was delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.
