From the moment we booked, Rob was in touch welcoming us to the property. He promptly answered all of our questions. Communication via WhatsApp was great, and we were given clear check-in instructions. When we arrived, the check-in was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. The building was well maintained, and Security was very polite and professional. Housekeeping helped us to the apartment and showed us in.
The apartment was as described and exceeded our expectations. Really enjoyed the balcony, the furniture was in great condition. In fact, there was everything we needed and more. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Communication with Rob was good.

I totally recommend this house.
Pros:

The house was very clean, and everything was well-equipped for guests. The host was considerate of us to check out late and was always quick to respond.

Great location and facilities for a stay in Angeles City
Pros:

Location is great. Short walk to Walking Street action. Just far enough away to be quiet enough to sleep. There is a 7/11 right downstairs, very convenient. There is bars, massage, trikes very nearby on the street. The washing machine in the room is a godsend!!

Everything was great really.

The host of the condo made everything seamless everything fill in line. Not one issue.
Pros:

It’s fairly easy to find once you know exactly where you’re going. This is one of the best kept secret properties on here. There was no hassles with anything the internet was fast The water was hot no elevator issues the neighbors were quiet. The perfect location.

Top-notch spacious apartment within a high-end, quality building in a great location. The host is very responsive and helpful. I really can't fault the place. Netflix, big tv's in lounge and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, etc.

Surprising apartment in a modern residential building.
Pros:

Everything was superlative. Modern apartment located near Walking street. Large rooms with air conditioning and all the equipment you need. Including TVs with Netflix Security personnel at the entrance. Comfortable bed, cleaning, shop in the immediate vicinity..A very pleasant surprise

Very clean and well furnished.

Cons:

There was a stain on the bed sheet and the shower glass door was rubbing against the wall. That can be addressed for future guest
