A very comfortable stay with great service and professional staff — I would happily stay again
Pros:

Excellent staff with fast and smooth check-in and check-out. The room was very comfortable and clean. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room, which was a very nice and appreciated gesture from the hotel team.

Cons:

Nothing to mention. Everything met my expectations.

Poor value for money
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

Poor value for money.

Room card issue had me go down to the counter 3 times only to discover the actual card I was given had issues.

The AC did not work, called once, fixed for the night. The next say, same issue but this time I got tired and stopped caring. Opened the windows, only to wake up because of the kitchen smell/oils from the buffet downstairs.

Reception is not available late at the night, despite what they say. I needed help twice and no one was on the counter for extended periods.
Security/gate guy wonders off and you can’t enter the parking without him, especially at night. I had to park outside the property twice in 4 nights.

It was overpriced for the experience you get. I could have paid the same and stayed in 5 star hotel that is a bit further, but I wanted something close to my event.
