Super lejlighed med det der skulle bruges. God beliggenhed. Hyggeligt og rent.

Pros:

L'appartement était très propre et en plein centre ville. Franchement nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. Le chauffage fonctionne a merveille et l'appartement est bien isolé. Lit douillet mais le canapé un peu moins. Parfait pour deux personnes,très bon pour trois personnes

Buena ubicación y limpieza pero cero detalles y algo de ruido en el interior.

Había un poco de ruido del aire acondicionado y de la nevera. No dejaron ni una botellita de agua de cortesía. Había una maquina de café de capsulas y tampoco dejaron ni una mísera capsula para tomar a la mañana. Ni un detalle de cortesía para un alojamiento de casi 200€ la noche.

Situation géographique

Cons:

1- Manque général d’entretien (ex le verrou des toilettes salle d’eau cassé)
2- il faisait froid - pas de chauffage
3- un chauffe eau utilisé par les autres logements est installé dans la chambre principale. Dès que quelqu’un tirait de l’eau cela faisait un bruit strident qui nous a empêché de dormir

Great location but that's it - would not recommend staying here

Great location - in the centre of the old town; but unfortunately that's about it

Cons:

To make a long story short: we asked for early check-in which was not available so we waited until the actual check-in time. We entered the room to see that it had not been cleaned. We contacted through whatsapp the service desk and after some hassle we got another appartment. However there were not enough towels, blankets for the 4 of us and the sofabed had not been made. The day after we went to pick up our luggage 10 minutes before check-out time and the entry code no longer worked. Again we had to contact the servicedesk. It all turned out in the end but this is the type of issues you do not want on your holiday and you would not expect for the price charged. Note there are also no lockers for baggage storing.

Comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The property was spotless and has all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Orange Square. We were in contact with the proprietor (via WhatsApp) and were given all we needed to know before our arrival.

Cons:

We couldn't increase the temperature on the airconditioner for some reason. A (thin) duvet and 2 pillows were found inside a cupboard rather than on the bed, but that is a minor thing.

Notte splendida a Marbella
Pros:

Struttura prenotata per 4 persone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione centrale e silenzioso. Palazzo nuovo e accogliente. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Divano letto molto comodo. Menzione speciale al ristorante El Barril del Gusto, situato sotto l’immobile, che nonostante l’ora ci ha accolto e servito un’ottima cena.

Cons:

Piccolo inconveniente con il riscaldamento, ma risolto prontamente dall’host tramite whatsapp.
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato anche l’asciugacapelli rotto, ma grazie al vicino abbiamo comunque risolto!

A wonderful stay
