Pros:

È davvero un grandissimo peccato, perché la struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica proprio in pieno centro a Marbella. Se fosse sistemata, pulita a dovere e curata nei dettagli, sarebbe un'ottima opzione per soggiornare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto, ad esempio, la comodità del sistema di ingresso tramite codici digitali, che è un'ottima soluzione per non doversi preoccupare di portare con sé o rischiare di perdere le chiavi. Basterebbe davvero un po' di attenzione e pulizia in più per renderlo un posto da cinque stelle, ma allo stato attuale non possiamo ritenerci soddisfatti.

Cons:

Siamo stati in questa struttura prenotando due appartamenti (uno da 5 e uno da 4 persone) per il nostro gruppo, ma l'esperienza è stata purtroppo pessima. Fin dal momento del check-in, ci siamo resi conto che le condizioni igieniche erano assolutamente inadeguate e la cura per gli ospiti inesistente.

Entrambi gli appartamenti erano molto sporchi. La maggior parte degli asciugamani forniti erano macchiati, così come il divano presente nel soggiorno.

Anche la cucina si è rivelata impraticabile. Nelle credenze c'erano polvere e briciole lasciate dai precedenti ospiti. Pentole, padelle e coperchi erano sporchi e incrostati, così come le posate. La spugna in dotazione per lavare i piatti era in condizioni talmente pietose che siamo stati costretti ad andare a comprarne di nuove a nostre spese.

Anche a livello di dotazioni e servizi la situazione era disastrosa. Gli appartamenti erano sprovvisti di moltissime cose essenziali. Non c'era un tavolo dove potersi sedere per mangiare tutti insieme, siamo stati costretti a sederci sul divano e mangiare su dei tavolini presenti nella sala, ma di altezze e grandezze diverse. Mancavano totalmente i condimenti di base (olio, sale, ecc.) e, cosa davvero imbarazzante, mancava persino lo scopettone per il WC e non era presente nemmeno un tappeto da posizionare al di fuori della doccia per evitare di bagnare tutto.

Oltre a questo, abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi strutturali. In uno dei due appartamenti lo scarico della doccia non funzionava a dovere. L'acqua non veniva raccolta del tutto e defluiva fuori, allagando non solo l'intero bagno, ma spingendosi fino al resto dell'appartamento, costringendoci ogni volta ad asciugare tutto.

Anche gli spazi esterni erano del tutto inutilizzabili. La terrazza era tenuta in condizione di totale abbandono. I divanetti esterni erano pieni di sporcizia e ricoperti di escrementi di piccione, rendendo impossibile sedersi o godersi lo spazio.

Cons:

They had no toiletries to accommodate to our stay. They had no toilet paper, we had to buy some and leave it there. They didn't even have blankets, we were cold at night. The shower drain wasn't even working. The bathroom flooded so many times and we had to literally mop and drain the water into the bucket. There was dirty undies left in the apartment. Staff were not helpful at all and wouldn't reply to us.

Que no tenían limpia mi habitación a la hora del checking y tuve que pedir me dieran otra pues iban a comenzar a limpiarla y decían en cuanto este lista le avisaremos, al final me tuvieron que asignar otra que ya estaba lista.

Posizione perfetta, tra centro e male. Parcheggio vicino.
Struttura accogliente, sicuramente ristrutturata da poco.

Loved the old town of Marbella but unfortunately for us chose the wrong apartments.
Pros:

Great location, rooms quite large, bed comfy and access was easy and secure.

Cons:

Apartment 1 ground floor. Unfortunately we did not like that the settee was badly stained and cushions torn and frayed. Also the outdoor terrace was like a prison yard and badly stained with green algae and flies around the drain which made it unusable. Also there was no natural light making the apartment dark and depressing. The roof terrace was a bonus to use but furniture again tired looking and view not brilliant. Also there was a dog constantly barking but on reporting it, it was more or less resolved after second day. We will not be returning or recommending to our friends and family.
