Would def stay here again, great place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well put together. The staff were very friendly and treated us like family. The bed was very comfortable and there was a dishwasher in our room!

Cons:

The breakfast was okay but wish there were other options.

Particularly embarrassed, as I had recommended the hotel to other families from my son’s team
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice Area lots of food and stores near by for convivence. It was very close to the soccer fields my son was playing at.

Cons:

There was difficulty obtaining a luggage cart they weren't placed back at the front for next guest to easily use if needed. The keypad for the 24 hr gym was not working when I needed and told that maintenance would take about an hour to fix it. As a result, I had to leave the property to find an alternative. Breakfast was also disappointing, basic items were unavailable or required repeated requests (such as cups and silverware). The food was presented in very small quantities despite a large number of guests, and overall attention to the breakfast area seemed lacking. Despite prior email communication with the manager regarding the issues, a discount was offered to address our experience; however, follow-up communication has then stopped. And I have not yet received the offered resolution.

Very nice, clean and cozy. We got a great price for everything that was included.
Pros:

Breakfast was great - it exceeded our expectations. The room was also very large and comfortable.

Cons:

All was great - no negatives.

Nice staff, large room, clean bathroom, nice eating area in the lobby.
Pros:

Loved everything about the property, nice staff, clean and spacious room, great amenities, and nice location near some good food and a meijer. Overall the property was great.

Cons:

Only complaints are the room had a somewhat strange smell, maybe it was the cleaning supplies used, and the biscuits at breakfast were dry, could have been sitting there for a long time or I got a stale one.

Pros:

I liked the location, and the staff that were there seemed like they were honestly trying to make things better.

Cons:

Our room was given away. We were charged before we arrived so I couldn't use a different card to pay. The other room they put us in had a full trash can and crumbs all over the floor. Other patrons were openly smoking joints by the front door and the door to the pool. They were extremely short staffed, so there weren't any pool towels. We were told to use room towels, but they didn't have clean towels to give us for showers. The breakfast was not appealing at all.

Location
Nothing we couldn’t even find some ice. Every ice machine was not working. Curtain fell off window. Bed was like sleeping on the floor grab bars and bathroom. We’re falling off the wall.

Ice machines didn’t work electrical plugs didn’t work grab bar screws falling out of wall dangerous bed was bad

Perfect weekend base camp!
Pros:

The room amenities were like an Air bnb. The staff was friendly. Decor was fresh. The location was within reach of amazing shopping on the Beltline and moments from I-96/196 ramps.

Cons:

The first night we had a noisy upstairs neighbor. The parking is tight, especially for a Suburban.
