inside the hotel is nice
Pros:

iron board and iron provided in the room i booked! thank God
room is clean and nice
water pressure is nice
got fridge in the room
perfect location to go to the esplanade or pasar malam downstairs

the smell of the carpet in the corridor is smelly

Pros:

The hotel nearest at Kuantan 188 Tower just a few step only. Very nice vibe at roof top restaurant with river view and the menu variety of breakfast is to good. The room with comfy mattres and cozy for couple and family.

Pros:

The hotel is situated in downtown Kuantan and is near some great cafes. It's also directly across from Bazar Karat, a great spot to hang out at night. The staff is friendly enough, and the room is spacious and spotless. I like the bathroom the most.

Cons:

The hotel could enhance its breakfast menu. The taste is adequate.
