It's a great stay.
Pros:

Stone away to Menara Teruntum and other tourist attraction. Lot of cafe's nearby.

nice stay.
Pros:

location quite good as there are a lot of good cafes, gerai, along the Jalan Besar.
on saturday there is flea market/ street art, pasar karat
room is ok. i believe hotel facilities is quite old. you can actually sit at the rooftop enjoying your drinks/ food
