Heritance Ayurveda - All Meals and Treatments

Staying at this Ayurvedic center was one of the most beautiful and nourishing experiences of my life. From the very first moment, I felt completely at home – surrounded by peace, silence, and genuine care. The atmosphere is deeply calming, the staff is incredibly devoted, and every treatment was performed with such attention and love.

A special highlight was the food – absolutely outstanding. Chef Shen’s kitchen deserves its own praise: every meal was not only perfectly aligned with Ayurvedic principles, but also full of flavor, creativity, and warmth. You can truly feel the care and intention in every dish.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking deep rest, healing, and a true sense of home away from home.

Tout. L’expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Le personnel est remarquable, d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une attention rares. Les médecins ayurvédiques sont extraordinaires, très compétents, profondément humains et réellement investis dans le bien-être des patients. Les soins sont de très haut niveau. La chambre était spacieuse, très bien décorée, avec une belle vue, et le cadre général est apaisant et ressourçant. La fête de Noël était magnifiquement organisée, chaleureuse et élégante. En fin de séjour, le dîner privé en quatre services qui m’a été offert a été une attention exceptionnelle, très raffinée et profondément touchante.

I’ve done Ayurveda treatments several times in Kerala, and spent a lot of time thinking about which I prefer, because they’re both great, but I think that this place comes out on top. My stay at Heritance Ayurveda was incredibly rejuvenating. It’s a beautiful hotel, each room with a stunning view of the gardens and ocean. So peaceful. The Ayurveda centre is the spa environment of my dreams. Utter tranquility. The food is nutritious and delicious. It’s a wonderful thing to eat a huge plate of food knowing it’s healing your body! The rooms are huge, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and have spacious, private balconies. But the main advantage here is the entire staff. Every single member — from the man at the gate to reception to the pool attendants and restaurant staff — was completely delightful, helpful, and towed the perfect line between friendly and non-intrusive. I felt so relaxed just going about my business and never felt watched or judged. In particular, the housekeeping men are the best I’ve come across. So sweet! And they went to great lengths to sort as problem out for me when I mentioned something, and I hadn’t even expected it was solvable. The chef and restaurant staff took note of my food preferences and brought me gluten free roti without me even asking. The reception team were always smiling and helpful. But most especially I was grateful to my kind, gentle therapists — Myomi, Geethika, Dileni and Hirosha — as well as the wonderful special masseuse, the angel who mopped my brow during stream baths, and the super acupuncturist. With the last and biggest shout out to my awesome, clever, funny and compassionate doctor, Dr Nimesha, who took so much time to help me get the treatment I needed and left me pain free and, miraculously, for once, not tired. I can’t wait to return.

Das Buffet ist reichhaltig. Allerdings wird es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt etwas eintönig. Hier wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung angebracht.
Die Anwendungen sind sehr gut und die Ärztinnen sind sehr kompetent und gehen auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse gut ein.
Generell ist die komplette Staff unglaublich freundlich, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt.

It was my first visit at Heritance Ayrveda and the experience has significantly exceeded my expectations! Starting from the arrival - as soon as you get through the gates of the hotel, it's as if you've found yourself in an oasis of peace and tranquility! Beautiful architecture (by the famous Geoffrey Bawa), manicured trees and plants, overwhelming feeling of relaxation. Check-in process was very smooth, front-office staff very cordial and professional. I stayed in a suite which was very spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable - can only recommend!
Food was exceptional, and as this was my very first Ayurvedic stay I wasn't sure what to expect. There was plenty of choice, all beautifully featured in the buffet with ample choice of super fresh fruit & vegetables. Staff at the restaurant couldn't have been nicer and they truly added to the overall fabulous holiday experience!
Aurvedic Centre with all the treatments was an absolute highlight of the stay. Every evening we would get the treatment plan for next day with 4-5 different treatments - all amazing and super professional!
To sum up - I could not have wished for a better stay and I'm already looking forward to come back to this beautiful property!

Staff is very friendly. Everybody gives you personal attention. The doctor, the treatment team, people from the catering, everybody treats you like you are the only guest.
