A warm Welcome to PE
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious - I've never had banana loaf French toast and I'll go back just for that.

Cons:

No electric blankets. Definitely not a deal breaker as there was air conditioning so we warmed the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Nova Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Natasha and Lilly, who made our stay truly memorable. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We really appreciated the outstanding service and look forward to staying here again!

Arrived with my 15 year old who was on crutches. Staff couldn’t do enough for us - I would highly recommend

Clean and safe near the Port Elizabeth airport
Pros:

We were looking for a clean and safe place to overnight near the airport after landing on a late flight. This location was perfect - a 2 min drive from the airport rental car lot. We were there to shower, sleep and have a quick breakfast before setting off on the Garden Route the next morning, and this fit the bill. The private, gated car park also felt safe to drive into late at night (the front desk agent came out to usher us in himself.)

Cons:

The carpeted floors, lack of elevator.
