This hotel was a great choice for our stay.
Pros:

The location was extremely convenient to the airport, which made traveling very easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Accommodating to the point that not only were we provided with a free shuttle to the airport at 5:30AM on the morning of our departure, but the shuttle driver, Justice, also followed us to the airport the night before to assist in dropping off our rental car and providing a ride back to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Got a breakfast box because of an early flight. Very thoughtful and lovely staff, great room and the spa massages were excellent. Location is top notch!

Man konnte die Safari über das Hotel buchen.
Essen im Hotel war hervorragend.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und waren begeistert.

Fantastic accommodation and staff
Pros:

The staff were friendly and house was very modern and clean

Cons:

Location is perfect if looking for somewhere near airport but not near to any nice restaurants etc all needed to be driven too. Property very secure but neighbourhood properties very run down

Hi. I have stayed there numerous times and the property requires some TLC - paint peeling in the rooms, tiles chipped in the bathrooms, room not cleaned under the beds and stains on the carpets.

The property is well located, very close to the airport. Lots of light, spacious and I loved the high ceilings 😁. The staff were friendly and accommodating. What a pleasure.

We booked the president suite which was just a very large, industrial feeling room with little personality. The balcony had a building site and large wall within a few meters which started work with banging and shouting at 7.30am the next morning

Terrible will never recommend to anyone

Cons:

Room was filthy dirty. Balcony was filthy dirty. Spider webs everywhere and spiders. Was given a room in the far end where renovations we being taken place. Have taken video footage. Left the same day and was assured I’d get a full refund.
