Pros:

Het personeel was echt geweldig, die maken het hotel de 5 sterren waard. Ze hadden alles voor je over, helaas wordt het restaurant niet echt bezocht wat echt jammer is want het is prima eten.

Cons:

Bij een 5 sterren hotel verwacht ik wel wat nettere kamers. Misschien hadden wij de pech dat de familie kamers aan vervanging toe waren? Maar die waren helaas geen 5 sterren waard, slecht afgewerkt, en schoon gemaakt. Kruimels op de bank, haren in de badkamer, toiletbril zat los. De slang van het bad was lek waardoor het water alle kanten op spoot. Aan de achterkant kijk je tegen een betonnen muur, aan de voorkant ook weinig dan een parkeerplaats. Misschien zijn wij iets anders gewend van een 5 sterren hotel, maar dit was het zeker niet.

A wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent service, a great location, and an inviting atmosphere.
Pros:

A stunning and cosy boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be visiting again. Next time, I'll be sure to enjoy the spa treatments as well.

Great vibes, great bed, great time
Pros:

Really great location with outstanding staff. So friendly and the room was delightful! Food was delicious, especially the Chicken Espetada.

Cons:

Food times felt slow but that could just be our own personal preferences. We do understand that everything was made from scratch and we enjoyed all of our food.

A warm Welcome to PE
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious - I've never had banana loaf French toast and I'll go back just for that.

Cons:

No electric blankets. Definitely not a deal breaker as there was air conditioning so we warmed the room.
