Fairly disappointed considering how much we spent.
Pros:

My friend and I booked a panoramic sweet which in the photos has a great view of the Bellagio and fountains and strip.
After spending close to 8k Aus we finally months later arrive to the room and have issues checking in.
They later checked us into a room which was occupied and in accurate.
Went back down to get allocated another room but when arriving at the room it was the lowest room so you couldn't see over the roof and aircons
I went back down to complain and they said it was the only room they had in that category and I tried to get a refund and downgrade to a small room because let's face it I'm not paying that much to look at a roof and not have a panaramic view of the strip.
They told us to come back in the morning and spend the night so we did to to them say they don't have any more rooms but I could pay and extra 700$usd and up grade to basically a executive suite room.
Not wanting to miss out and having that room as our expectation for our trip we done it.
It was disappointing that we had to spend that much and we had to have issues instead of just being allocated to a nice room taht you pay for.
It was disappointing considering we thought we would get a luxury type arrival and looked after but it was the complete opposite.
Would not stay here again.

Book Suite & connecting room. Gave us horrible view and separate room!
Pros:

The casino’s location on the strip.

Cons:

I booked and paid the total amount more than a month in advance for a suite (king) and a connecting room (2 queens). When I checked in they tell me both will only have kings -1st disappointment. Then they tell me the room won’t be connecting -more disappointing. Then they told me the “only suite they have available is the lowest floor which the view is THE ROOF of the casino on the 6th floor- horrible view! That view is so bad it shouldn’t be a suite. To top it all off, they didn’t have rollaway beds available. Plus, the suite’s toilet wasn’t working!! The rude manager only offered us a refund, “That’s all I can do (didn’t offer us anything). If you don’t like it, we can give you a refund.”
FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID FOR A SUITE AND A CONNECTING ROOM, EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE AS ADVERTISED AND WHAT WE PAID FOR- connecting room, correct amount of beds, and VIEW NEEDS TO BE SPECTACULAR for all suites!
