Bon rapport qualité prix, emplacement idéal ! Piscine très agréable !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est à 5 minutes de la plage, restaurants et commerces,
La piscine principale est à une température idéale et est très agréable,
Le parking est gratuit en face de l'hôtel,
Restaurant snack en bord de piscine pratique, la nourriture (self) était bonne (petit déjeuner et dîner). La climatisation dans la chambre est top ! le personnel est accueillant.

Cons:

Ce n'est clairement pas un 4 étoiles selon nous. Plutôt un 3 étoiles. Le système des serviettes de piscine est à revoir : on ne peut pas les changer à la piscine, ce qui fait qu'il faut attendre que le ménage de la chambre soit fini le lendemain matin pour repartir avec des serviettes propres. La nuit elle ne sèchent pas car trop humides. Donc si vous voulez partir le matin tôt à la plage ou à la piscine : niet...
Deux ascenseurs pour tout l'hôtel fait qu'on patiente souvent (surtout quand un des 2 est HS).
Très mauvaise insonorisation des portes palières : on entend tout et même la femme de ménage qui passe le balai à 7h - c'est un vrai point noir
Pas de mouchoirs, pas de lait pour le corps / crème ou kit - uniquement gel mains + shampoing
Manque d'animations ou ne communiquent pas assez bien dessus
Restauration : manque des fruits frais rouges ou oranges le matin. L'eau est servie au compte goutte !!! on doit se lever en permanence pour remplir les verres minuscules ! C'est vraiment problématique car le repas est passé à faire des allers retours permanents au lieu de profiter d'un moment convivial - des mini carafes seraient tellement mieux !
Décoration froide du hall
Accès non sécurisé à la piscine principale.
Ce sont des remarques constructives (un peu complètes :)) et serions ravis de revenir. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Es un hotel cómodo y familiar. Está bien ubicado. El personal muy amable, sobre todo, las mujeres de la limpieza.

El horario de la piscina, cierra muy pronto, a las 7, y cuando pasas el día fuera no puedes llegar y darte un baño. También eché de menos agua en la habitación, sobre todo, el primer día a la llegada...

Great location but disappointing apartment
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The location of the resort was great. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Cons:

Fully self contained apartment - did not have a t.towel or washing liquid or a cloth to clean the dishes. We were told we had to go out and buy these items. We have never stayed anywhere in the world whereby these are not provided at least for the first few days. T.Towels and a wash cloth should be part of the dishes. There was no broom or dust pan so we could daily clean up the sand. The apartment was cleaned but no rubbish was emptied from the kitchen. We were a family with two babies under 1. We ordered an apartment to make things easier. No chopping board to cut up fruit or vegetables and no sharp knives. The furniture and shelves can be damaged without a board. We felt like it was cheaply done.

Excelente localização. Piscina fantástica. Excelente buffet ao jantar, comida variada e bem cozinhada. Quarto com camas muito confortáveis e silencioso. As melhores panquecas ao pequeno almoço (onde faltam sumos naturais e variedade de fruta, mas há variedade de tudo o resto).

Pros:

La ubicación y la disposición de los apartamentos. Es increíblemente bonito el pequeño barrio que rodea a los apartamentos con sus tiendas, piscinas y bares.
El personal de restauración, limpieza y animación, muy amable y dispuesto. Daban muy buenas recomendaciones.

Cons:

Se podria mejorar quizás la atención del personal de recepción. En mi opinión algo escasa a la llegada.
