Pros:

I made the booking and it was a bad decision I reached the hotel at 1 am and the hotel owner said our booking is full we don't have bookings ..... And they don't have confirmation about hotel booking.... So I searched for another hotel at midnight and I got the booking in the morning... Meanwhile I travelled 800km and was stuck in this situation because of the hotel and booking.com website
