$700 for a very mediocre hotel at best. Do not recommend and would not stay again.
Pros:

It was close to the DC Convention Center and places we needed to go. Also, the Valet was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rest of the staff was unfriendly- bordering on rude, the coffee was only available downstairs and it was not good. The room’s AC would not run continuously, so the room became very warm during the night. When I went to get my bill, the desk clerk acted like it was a big imposition. ONLY the Valet was helpful and friendly.

Совсем рядом с ареной "Capital one ".
Нормальный завтрак.
Отель не новый,но чистый.
Соотношение цены / качества/ расположение - хорошее.
Не дорого,но удобно.

Постель была потертая, понятно было ,что старая.

Quarto muito confortavel com cama macia e banheiro muito bom
Pros:

Quarto bem grande e super confortavel, coma otima macia, tudo muito limpo, banheiro enorme, varias toalhas, chuveiro otimo. Com ferro de passar roupa, secador de cabelo, agua de cortesia, uma pequena lojinha de conveniencia na recepção do hotel que foi excelente para comprar coisas pra levar para o quarto.
Cafe da manha expresso bem razoavel para o padrão de hotel de rede americano, desse tipo de hotel o melhor que ja experimentei.
Muito bem localizado para quem vai para o Convention center

Cons:

A janela não abre nem uma fresta, então tem que ficar com o ar condicionado ou ventilador ligado o tempo todo.
No geral gostei do hotel, tem uma boa relação custo beneficio quando comparado com os outros da redondeza

Pros:

The water pressure in the shower was amazing.
The breakfast was incredible.
The staff...cared about being friendly and attentive. Every interaction we had was being greeted with a smile and a warm feeling of...relax you're at home. Exceptionally great experience at this hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here everytime we come to DC.

Cons:

The hotel itself was a little dated. Overall, it didn't even matter. The staff and amenities made up for any small deficit details.
