We really enjoyed our stay, we were provided plenty of water and fresh cookies. There was one man who worked at the desk, maybe the manager who treated us better than we’ve ever been treated at any hotel. I wish I had gotten his name, from the Carolinas. The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast was nice as well. The hotel is located in Chinatown, which was pretty cool. The metro was a short walk. I’d stay there again. Thank you.

Room we stayed in had huge stains on the chair. Shower faucet dripped and appliance was coming off the wall. No trash bags in trash can. Breakfast was underwhelming. Very crowded. Waited over 5 minutes to get on the elevators.
