Location was great. The check in staff Lorriane & The velet Mr. Joe was excellent..
The room had an amazing view..very clean ..

The initial check in staff was EXCELLENT !!!
The nightime supervisor named Mike was absolutely horrible!
He was very rude & very unapproachable & extremely nasty all around not only to me but other guests and his staff!

The area was very noisy though... we heard every siren 🚨 outside all day and night

Staff was EXCELLENT!!!!! Room was fine, clean, felt entirely safe in property. Close to the metro!
