Cons:

The fact that my check-in was not on time, I had to wait two hours to be able to even get a response. And then I got charged twice. That’s just for the starts.For example, staff was not friendly enough. There is not enough people to cover everybody needs. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper. I know have to contact Super.com to get figure as why they charge me twice. I don’t wanna do it right now because then I will spend the rest of my vacation doing that. But definitely I wouldn’t recommend the headache here, so please look somewhere else.

La atención que todos los colaboradores te brindan para que tengas una buena estadía en especial gracias a Miguel Piñon
También la variedad de comida es muy buena en los diferentes restaurantes del hotel
Los show que por las noches presentan en la playa son buenos, bien preparados

el acceso al hotel hacienda es un plus muy bueno y que se valora en la estancia. eso lo vuelve mas atractivo.
