Pros:

A localização é excelente, pois há facilidades de transporte público muito perto (metrô, ônibus, trem) e está muito perto do centro hostórico de Hanburgo.

Cons:

O fato da recepção ficar no 1° andar com um lance de escada complicado para que transporta mala grande, pois ela é curva.

Die Lage war zentral
Günstig

Cons:

Straße vor dem Hotel war sehr bedürftig und man fühlte sich sehr unsicher.
Kein deutschsprachiges Personal
Trotz Rauchverbot wurde überall geraucht
Toiletten waren teilweise sehr unsauber
Definitiv nichts für Familien

Extragebühr von 6,50 pro Person und Nacht. Gemeinschaftstoilette konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, viel Kram auf dem Flur liegen gelassen.Kein Aufzug, Fie Decke hat einen Riss

Poor hotel, not sure it should qualify as hotel. Also neighborhood around was sketchy. Regret booking 2 instead of 1 nig

The placemet and the elder lady at the reception. NOTHING ELSE

Es wurde auf der Gemeinschaftstoilette geraucht und es roch überall danach auf dem Flur.
Das Personal war etwas komisch drauf.

Es war eine Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter haben nach Alkohol gerochen. Das gebuchte Zimmer für 5 Personen hatte nur 4 Betten. Die ausgeschriebene Dusche gab es nicht. Das Hotel war sehr schmutzig. Und eine Stornierung wurde nicht genehmigt.

The beds were comfy enough

Cons:

The room was nothing like the pictures. The shower was in the room, see attached picture. The air in the room was horrible and we were unable to open windows as the stink from opium and hash were unbearable, especially that we had 3 children with us. The area is one of the most unsafe areas we have ever been in and we dared not go back down to our car until morning. The streets were full of bad types (and I mean full) and prostitutes. Also the cops were asking questions if we knew about surveillance in the reception. 10 policemen were outside the hotel talking to the owner. I can not recommend this for anyone. I will never trust pictures or hotel descriptions again and we have left Hamburg because of this experience. Even going to the world's oldest and smallest toilet at the end of the hall felt very unsafe due to other very loud anf weird guests. Never again. 0 stars.
