terrible!!!!! se oye todo entre las habitaciones!!! literal todo lo q hablan como será q no pudimos dormir xq en la habitación de al lado los ronquidos de dos personas nonos dejaron dormir!!!!

Fantastic hotel, great service, all around great experience.

I loved the environment, the helpfulness of the staff, clean facilities, and overall experience.

Cons:

breakfast was a little expensive compared to neighboring restaurants. Understand that this is a luxury experience, but the quality of the food did not justify the margin of difference in the restaurant pricing.

It seemes that the hot water temperature is set so you can't get very hot water.

The thermastat in my room was non adjustable. Maybe all the rooms are set on a temperature.

Great family weekend
Pros:

The access can be a little tricky (Waze you lead you through an almost impossible u turn, and if you don’t follow it, 10 minutes are added until the next return) but the hotel is beautiful and the staff very kind. My son his toy and they kept it there until we could go back to pick it up.
