有提供塑膠袋換垃圾桶，有一些基本餐具剪刀 有吹風機 洗衣機到現場發現有洗衣粉、拖鞋…等。廁所足夠大
房屋很乾淨 沒有小蟲子或是特別的髒污 只有基本的使用痕跡而已，床的確不是很舒適 但3個男生睡起來沒有特別不適，衣櫃有提供足夠衣架，空調正常無異音，睡眠品質不錯，隔音部分有特別注意，但是好像剛好左右沒住人 所以不知道。整體滿分10分 有9分

如果房間的燈泡可以再亮一點更好。
Tokyonun tam Merkezi olan Shibuyaya oldukça yakın bir lokasyon. Tek metro ile her yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca evin konumu da gayet hareketli, güzel yemek yerleri, eğlence yerleri ve mağazalar mevcut. Ev 4 kişi için çok yeterli, temiz. Aradığınız her şey mevcut. Sigara içenler için büyük bir balkona sahip. Kesinlikle fiyat performans.
Metroya kısa bir yürüme mesafesi var boşkan sorun yok ama dönüş zamanı dolu valizlerle biraz zorlu bir yürüyüş oluyor.

The location was good, close to everything. We had everything we needed. The host was quick to reply, although sometimes it seemed to be an automated reply, but I would get a proper reply shortly after. It was good to have a garbage room for all our waste.
It was a bit of a hassle when we first arrived. The key was in the mailbox. The lock of the mailbox was broken, so anyone could access it if they wanted to. Then we left the suitcases in the room as we had agreed (11-15). In that time frame the people who had previously stayed there also had access to the room for storage. We were told to get our suitcases so they could clean the room between 15-16. We got back at 15, but the key wasnt there. We waited a while and then went up, and the key was left in the room that had already been cleaned. I would have preferred a codelock to the door. It was a bit hard for three people to share one key. The washer/dryer machine had only Japanese instructions, so it was a bit hard to understand how to use the drying program. But once I understood, I realized it took too long. It was better to wash it and hang it on the balcony. Other than that, we didnt have any issues.

I letti erano assolutamente inaccettabili, materassi con le molle che ti entravano nei fianchi, non sono riuscita a dormire e questo mi ha rovinato il giorno seguente di vacanza.
Difetto minore, l'accesso al balcone ostruito dal letto

Washer and the dryer inside the bathroom definitely helps a lot and the toilet is outstanding set your expectations low and you will have fun
Stingy with towels it’s like hand towels but we made it worked they warned you before and during check in if you get extra towels or other stuffs you will be charged we stayed 7 days
四个人住也还好，房间非常干净，一尘不染，阳台的风景也不错，新宿中心地段。
