fix the problems
Pros:

it was ocean front and clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Cons:

well the jetted tub did not work. it didn't have a coffee maker for the pods. parking was not convenient at all.

I would say we are all disappointed for the price we paid .
Pros:

It was located in a nice area

Cons:

The condo we stayed in was really gross ! There was blood droplets on the wall in bathroom next to the towel rack . Mold on the shower curtain , the cupboards are filthy as is the wall at the eat up counter .patio windows are very dirty as is the gross dirty patio cushions . The curtain on the patio door is falling off . I’m not all that picky ! But I do expect it to be clean ! I would love to give you a better review , but I would be lying .

Loved the resort! Can't wait to go back!
Pros:

The apartment we stayed had a fantastic view of the ocean! Loved the balcony! We spent so much time out on it! Was spacious enough for all four of us to sit out on it comfortably and move around. I swear you could see the whole horizon! Breathtaking!

Cons:

The mattresses on the beds were really uncomfortable, they felt like they were past their prime. The shower curtains in the bathrooms were old and filthy, they really gave me the creepy crawlies. We could look past all of the little things until it came time to leave, it was the worst part about the whole stay! We got locked out of our room before the posted check out time. I mean who checks their email while on vacation?!? Sure, we read the email when we first arrived but when all the instructions are posted on the fridge that you see every day you just don't keep checking your email. We had to wait over THREE HOURS! to get back into our room! THREE HOURS! We tried everyone (the resort, our contact and booking.com) NOBODY had an emergency code to get into that room! To top it off our contact person had turned her phone off! What the heck is up with that?!?! We had a diabetic with us who was in need of his insulin that was locked inside the room! After several try's (over 20+ phone calls to our contact and Booking.com) and knowing that the situation was getting desperate, the Manager of the resort went in through another guest's room and jumped from their balcony to ours to try to get the Hurricane proof door wall open. What if there was a fire? Young kids left in room? Absolutely unacceptable! We were just about to call the fire department to break down the door when a cleaning man showed up (I don't remember his name but to this day I still thank God for him). He was surprised that we weren't given his number being that our contact person was leaving the country on vacation. Question? how does nobody know about this wonderful cleaning crew? The resort should have emergency contact information! Changes need to be made ASAP!!!

It’s a dreamer’s paradise - especially for families. You will not disappoint!
Pros:

I absolutely adore Linda! She is super awesome, and will listen to any concerns you have or ensure your needs are 100 percent met during your stay. Everything was extra ordinary - the cleanliness of the place, toilet papers and trash bags provided, awesome sturdy furniture, wood floors and tiled floors (it’s a sandy beach in case you’re wondering). Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, lights, running hot water, just everything worked great during our whole stay! We felt safe and loved the huge balcony as well the amazing view. We found so many seashells. The condo had 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, and children splash pad. We absolutely loved the luggage carrier the hotel provided for us and there was always a security guard or two on site 24/7 and the lobby on the second floor is open 24/7 if you need to talk with someone about anything. We was not disappointed! As well the condo was near the board walk! We enjoyed the boardwalk and bought some memorabilia like t-shirts, fridge magnets, car stickers and stuff. Myrtle beach has a lot to offer. So many putt putt places, seafood buffet heaven, go karts, zip lines, and lots of entertainments. We loved Crabby Mike’s at Surfside. Their crab legs was huge and thick. The parking spot/lot was huge and plenty of room to park at right across the hotel/condo! We was happy! Thank you for the amazing stay Linda!

Cons:

The hot tubs are often crowded at night time with people before they close at 11. Would love if the pool/hot tub open at 6am and close at 1am. I know the hotel/condo already have 3 hot tubs and umm I suppose this is the rule/regulation for every hotel stay. 3 hot tubs is quite impressive for a hotel/condo to have. It still gets crowded at night time or during the day sometime. Hopefully there will be a solution to this? This still did not bother our stay. We enjoyed our stay. Can’t have everything we want. We still get to enjoy being able to get in the hot tub when we get the chance to.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. I wish I could’ve afforded to stays little longer.
Pros:

We didn’t eat the breakfast. The location was fine. The room was really spacious and clean. I liked the decor. We had a relaxing weekend.

Cons:

I thought the room was nice.
