Было грязно. Поверхности грязные и пыльные. Полотенца плохо стирались, на них осталось много отбеливателя. Не было ни одной кастрюли, сковородки, ложки, вилки и тарелки. Чайник был грязный. Некоторые розетки были заклеены. Картины над кроватью сняты. Грязный столик у кровати. Большое пятно на кресле.
На ресепшене ночью сидел сотрудник - его ничего не интересовало кроме игр на телефоне.

Not an actual Hotel, it is a hostel renting small flats in building. Not clean at all.

I usually do not write reviews, but I have to write a review here. I got very sick at night and being alone in a China I was finding difficulty communicating my pain and need to go to the hospital. The staff came and took me and stayed with me all night making sure I was well. Exceptional staff care, like a family member in a foreign land.

Honestly I cannot find anything I like about the property.
1. Price was not justifiable by the quality of the apartment
2. Cleanliness is subpar. Room was not cleaned properly.
3. Location wise, if you are going to the exhibition centre around hall 18-20, it is still considered walkable (5 mins). My exhibition is in hall 1-12 which is about 20-30mins walk.
4. Food choice around is limited.

We booked this establishment for our Director who was attending the World Tunnel Congress 2024 in Shenzhen. The location was really convenient. The team at Royal Executive Apartment were super helpful and responsive in their communication. They were kind enough to check-in when our Director's flight got delayed and even offered a pick-up service, which made the overall experience much less stressful and enjoyable.
The Managers (owners) of the property supportive and helpful during entire stay. We walked to exhibition at World Trade Centre ("WTC") accessible through skywalk directly linked WTC halls. Only 5-8 minutes walk to WTC. Big Metro station is right infront of WTC Halls. We were pleasantly surprised how close distance the apartment is to WTC and the Metro station.
Friendliness, helpfulness and apartment location really made our stay enjoyable. Both can speak English Language as well as Cantonese and Mandarin. The Apartment location is very good. Easily accessible walking to cafes nearby and about 15-20 minutes walk to Shopping mall using skywalks too. The apartment is located in a safe and clean neighbourhood to stay. A heartfelt thank you to both Managers for making this stay such a pleasant and good stay.
The raining season for the few days. But thankfully the apartment was very nearby WTC halls and Metro station, short quick walking distance, so it was very convenient without facing traffic issues.
