Yomanjoo City View Hotel - Shenzhen Nanshan Coastal City Flagship Store

Very dirty room, looked like it wasn’t even cleaned before me! Only towels and bed sheets were changed. Everything else was dirty!

Can't find the reception, no signs of directions . No hotel name plate.. it is not an hotel, it was an apartment. Wifi is there but No internet

Nothing everything is good

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a strong cigarette smell that lingered for two days. When we requested a room change, we were informed that there were no non-smoking rooms available, as smoking was permitted in rooms. The only alternative offered was to move from the 25th floor to the 4th floor. Although fresh towels, slippers, and rubbish bin emptying were provided daily, the bedding was not changed at all during our five-day stay. Additionally, access to news channels on the TV required an extra payment. To make matters worse, there was a significant water leak in the toilet and shower area. This experience left us deeply disappointed, especially as it was our first time in Shenzhen. It’s not worth for what we paid for!

Travellers should ask for its address in Chinese, otherwise it can be a bit difficult to find at the beginning. See the picture what the building looks like.

Space

Despite being a non smoking room, the room stank of tobacco.

The mattress was very hard and noticeably sagging in the middle.

The hotel and check in reception are in two separate buildings that require you to cross a road using a pedestrian overpass.

Location is somewhat far from subway stations.

It wasn’t actually a hotel like how advertised. It’s a complex for residents. It does, however, have all the same facilities. But no room service.

Terrible, did not stay...smelly dirty and far away from photos presented

The room was no cleaned at all
I can find the Dirt everywhere , I hope this will be taken care of it in the future.
Also there is no Clothes iron.
