Absolutely do not recommend – a filthy rat-infested place.
Pros:

The only advantage was that we escaped shortly after check-in.

Cons:

During our stay, we repeatedly encountered multiple rats moving between rooms and floors through an open wooden shaft inside the building. One rat was seen in the corridor dragging a dead cockroach. Another ran into a neighbouring room where rat droppings were found.

We informed the staff several times; their response was a smile and dismissive gestures, with no attempt to resolve the issue. Due to serious hygiene and safety concerns, we were forced to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation.

The hotel refuses any refund, despite being provided with clear evidence. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, and I also do not recommend Booking.com, which failed to handle this case properly despite the severity of the situation.

My stay qas good and great but there is a loy of issue in the room🙏
Pros:

I like the property because it's accessible and everything.. and stuff and guard are very friendlu and approchae

Cons:

I didn't like the shower which the water water isi like overflowing for the floor there is a strange smell the water . And tv not working and wifi slow where my room is..(hooe the owner consider to look ate it!

Excellent service
Pros:

Reception staff and exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and extremely helpful.
It's secure and one feels safe!

Cons:

Shower was cold and TV channels were limited, but it's a budget hotel.
Would have been good if there was a safe in the room.
