Staff were nice. Sahin was the most helpful and we appreciate his service. The hotel accountant was also helpful and spoke English. Most of the rest of the staff do not speak English. You have to use Google translate.

Cons:

Wi-Fi very weak and unavailable during peak times. Television is only in Turkish and no other international channels. Breakfast is a plate without much effort -food and fruit were not fresh, no real coffee served (you have to order special), bread stale and not tasty.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель. Вид на гору, удобный номер с кухней и большим санузлом. Даже дали комплимент.

Cons:

Далековато от центра и набережных, но вокруг интересный маршрут для прогулок вдоль реки и много ресторанчиков. В номере были мелочи чуть неаккуратно сделанные. Окна огромные, но грязноватые.
