Pros:

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fine. It had a nice yard-garden where you fould seat for breakfast. Room has an AC, hair dryer, catel. It included free private parking area as well.

Cons:

The building seemed very old especially the corridors feel like a dorm. Entrance level is used for billiards and some days many billiards goers come out, smoke and talk loud at midnight which is heard inside the room. Only shutting the windows helps with it.

Aamupala oli hyvä. Ilmainen parkkipaikka. Tilava suihku. Sängyt oli hyvät. Koiran kanssa hyvä majoitus. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Sisäpiha hieno. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, hellesäällä erinomainen.

Location of the hotel was excellent plus breakfast is absolutely with the good choice and for everyone. the food was always fresh and available. Yes, definitely will recommend and will come back again..

Pros:

Good and reliable stay (we've been there for several times through 7 years). Not posh, but good and worth your money for stay. Public transport communications to city center and main transportation hubs is good and not expensive. So one can leave his own car at hotel and have some fun in city center.

Есть свои + и - на которые стоит обратить внимание руководству :)
Pros:

+Нас встретила приветливая и приятная девушка Марго (Спасибо за приятный приём и помощь). Всё понятно/чётко рассказала и выполнила наши небольшие дополнительные просьбы.
+Был комплимент от администратора за то что не учли просьбу при бронирование.
+Имеется своя довольно таки большая и бесплатная парковка.
+Хорошее месторасположение.
+Красивый дворик где можно спокойно посидеть и отдохнуть.
+Хороший завтрак. Всё было очень вкусно и постоянно пополнялось в шведском столу если что то заканчивалось.
+Номер находился во дворе, поэтому звуков машин и трамвая не слышно.
+Матрас на кровати удобный.

Cons:

-В номере было невыносимо жарко. Не было кондиционера (но про это и указано в описание). Окно толком не открыть (полностью) потому что во первых оно маленькое, а во вторых мы жили на первом этаже. Единственное, что мы смогли получить так это вентилятор, но к сожалению он особо не помог и был очень громкий поэтому включённым его на ночь не оставить было.
-Очень очень плохая звукоизоляция. Сначала разбудили соседи сверху которые не понятно что делали или же горничная там убиралась. А потом около 8 утра разбудила горничная которая очень громко убирала соседний номер. Слышно даже вплоть до того как сосед ходит в туалет))
-Не хватало маленького холодильника в номере.
-В фене для волос нет холодного режима.
-Плохое освещение в номере. Плюс одна лампочка перегорела на потолке.
-При бронирование указала что необходима большая кровать (гостиница подтвердила просьбу), но к сожалению по приезду у нас были две раздельные кровати. Просьба не была учтена. Но с разрешения администратора мы сдвинули кровати.
-Подушки не удобные (как камень).

Renovationsbedürftig, Personal unfreundlich, vorallem im Frühstücksraum, Frühstück dürftig..alles etwas schmuddelig… nie mehr, sorry! frage mich weshalb Booking diese Unterkunft anbietet.
