Staff were supportive
Rooms were not clean and misleading information is provided room with balcony, in reality there are no room with balcony, it is room with common corridor. In side the room lot of noices you can hear from the kitchen as well as other so there is no personal space and Don't believe in the picture posted in this app as it's different and charges were paid Rs.5k but room worth is just Rs. 2.5k only.
Everything was good
Only the location is fine. Except that, it is poorly managed and very very expensive for the price.
Our room has seepage issue. It was raining outside and our room was filled with water. There was no solution provided to us and we had to stay in the other room where a group of other friends were sleeping. Don’t know ever would we have gone if we did not have the other room. The linens and bedsheet were so wet and dirty and had a very unpleasant smell in it.
While one room was filled with water, the other room had thousands of mosquitoes which by the way, we killed ourselves as there was nobody to attend to it.
The price of 5000/- literally does not suit this property at all that too during off season.
Never coming back to this place ever.

Tough to go with heavy luggage as hotel is below Mall road where less conveyance is available
Clean and spacious room, 24 hrs hot water, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great view.
The balcony is not a private space, just the gallery to the room.
Food , Location and scenic view
Road to property under construction, you have to go down to take taxi or walk for 1.2km to get taxi. Handling luggage is difficult.
A lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Vidushi, Nitin and the rest of the team really look after their guests. A beautiful room and a great location, although it's off the busy main road the hotel itself is quiet and with exceptional views. The food was delicious and I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
I loved my stay, but if I was looking for improvements then I would suggest having a laundry service.

Parking at property very far, one has to hire coolie to reach property. Non family friendly. Worst service ever to be seen in hotel industry.
