Pros:

большой и светлый номер, шикарный вид из окон номера и ресторана. чистый бассейн с видом на море. очень приветливый персонал. рядом с отелем есть местный фудкор с вкусными блюдами разных стран, особенно японской.

Cons:

не изысканные завтраки несмотря на изобилие еды. не свежая мебель в номерах.

Overall it was good because of the staff at the hotel they were great.
Pros:

It was in a good location for me this time to Penang.

Cons:

The shower / bathroom needs a do over especially the shower blinds which are all mouldy .

Pros:

The hotel's location is its best feature, being directly on the beach, though it is quite far from the city center. The staff were truly a highlight—very friendly, courteous, and always willing to help.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was a major disappointment. The entire property feels very worn down. In the bathroom, all the silicone seals were covered in black mold, and the curtain meant to cover the window to the room was hanging directly inside the shower, leaving it covered in stains and mildew. To make matters worse, the steam bath was out of order during our stay.

While the staff was lovely, the poor maintenance means we would not choose this hotel again.

Pros:

I really love the room, especially the view! Big spaces, big bed, tv & chandelier. LOVE !!

Cons:

I couldnt say i dont like, but i would like to suggest to add more lighting in the bathroom. Its hard for me to use the mirror for make up with dim light, and the black marbel tile do dim the bathroom as well. Overall, i love how big the toilet are. Good for me & my sister to use it together.

Great hotel to stay for short and long term holidays with lots of places to eat at
Pros:

The location of the hotel, right on the beach and close to shopping and dozens of places to eat in the evening.
