Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

It was the perfect location to access all that Playa del Carmen has to offer! It is literally one step off of Quinta Avenida with bars, shops, taxi stands, and even the ferry is close by. They had not received my reservation through Expedia, so they upgraded us to a suite, which was so thoughtful and appreciated! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We would definitely return again! The only downside was we were on the top floor, up three flights of steps, which was not ideal for luggage or us exhausted after a long day.
