Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir haben eine kleine Familienfeier im Restaurant des Hotels durchgeführt und dazu 4 Zimmer gebucht. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, das Essen war sehr lecker, die Zimmer schön und vor allem war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Lage war TOP. Das Restaurant und die Brauerei waren auch super und die Lage natürlich mitten in der Stadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war okay für den Aufenthalt genau richtig. Ich war beruflich da.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Herrliche Altstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Elbe. Der kleine Hofladen mit Biergarten laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet hattte für jeden etwas zu bieten, frisches Obst und Gemüse inclusive. Es wurde bis zum Schluß immer wieder aufgefüllt, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

If possible ask for a room not facing the street. Since it’s a small town with narrow streets, cars pass by your windows which is a bit loud (especially on weekdays).

Wohlfühlen geht anders
Pros:

Eine gute Lage im Stadtzentrum, das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte eine Ausstattung mit den Charm der 70 ziger Jahre und IKEA Komponente.

Cons:

Wir haben schlecht geschlafen, ein Doppelbett ( geteilte Matratze) von 1.60 Breite und viel zu weichen Matratzen. Am Rand der Matratze drohte man ständig aus dem Bett zu rutschen . Obwohl das Zimmer recht groß ist und damit die Möglichkeit besteht ein Bett von mindestens 1.80 m aufzustellen, es müsste lediglich das positionieren der Ausstattung überdacht werden. Das Frühstücken war unpersönlich. Keine Begrüßung, Das Büfett war unvollständig ( Ort für Müsli oder Joghurt war vorbereitet aber nicht aufgefüllt) . Keine Kaffee-Wahl-Möglichkeit gab es nicht( vorgekochter Filterkaffee der bereits in einer Kanne auf dem Tisch stand) Eine Mitarbeiterin ging einmal kurz durch den Raum, ohne Ansprache. Kein Nachfragen ob man etwas wünsche oder alles okay sei. Wir haben Verständnis für Personalmangel aber die erwartete Gastfreundlichkeit blieb auf der Strecke. Am Empfang war es dafür sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück schien, den Resten nach zu urteilen, reichhaltig gewesen zu sein . Nachgelegt wurde nicht , schade 😕
