Pros:

Lage ist gut und der Pool direkt vor der Türe schön. Es war sauber und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Fanden es eigentlich zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Wir hatten nach 2 Nächten ein Hotel weiter gewechselt und bekamen viel mehr Service , Ausstattung etc. für nur wenig mehr Kosten.

Nice clean room. Only 2 minute walk from the beach. Pool just outside the room door. Comfortable bed

Was in a bit of a quiet spot to the island. A moped would be a must if wanting to see the towns.

Beaucoup de moustiques et travaux en cours juste à côté actif tous les jours même le dimanche (on est pas en France)

Pros:

Extrémne milý personál, bazén k dispozícii. Na pláž to je necelých 5 minút chôdze. V okoli je všetko obchody, doktor, reštaurácie.

Cons:

Ubytovanie má jednoduchšie zariadenie, ale bolo ciste. Občasný hluk z vedľajšieho pozemku, kde stavajú další hotel. Ale nie je to nič tragické iba občas robotníci buchli kladivom.

Cons:

Bathroom could do with a bit of TLC and the water pressure was shocking, the pool was full of flies… Would have been handy to have a pool net to clean the top of the pool. Apart from that the base is okay for a few days

Cons:

the beds were rock hard and almost bruised my sides when i slept. aircon really dirty and ants in our room, although cleaners did good at cleaning the beds and room.

Très vieillissant, cher pour les prestations, le pommeau de douche qui fuit et plein de calcaire, la glace de la salle de bain cassée, le sommier en béton (pas du tout confortable pour dormir), le linge de lit avec des bouloches ça grattait pour dormir. Rapport qualité prix très décevant, je pense que l’on peut trouver mieux, finalement on paye plus cher pour la piscine mais elle est petite et pas nickel par rapport à l’eau (mon fils a fait une éruption cutanée après s’être baigné). Au tarif des chambres, cela semble quand même d’investir quelque centaines de baths dans les équipements de salle de bain a minima !!!

Horrible, déçevant
Pros:

Rien. Peut etre la piscine car chaude, et à la fois ensoleillée et ombragée, mais il ne faut pas regarder sa propreté 😱

Cons:

Personnel absent (fermeture de l’accueil à 17h, c’est censé être ouvert jusque 22h), les enfants ont été malades du coup impossible d’avoir des draps propres pour le reste de la nuit
Insonorité des chambres,clim bruyante,lits inconfortables,
Travaux juste à coté, ils ne nous ont pas prévenu en avance et nous avons demandé à quelle heure commencaient les ouvriers, soit disant 11h mais à 7h ils faisaient déjà du bruit 😱
Bref surtout n’y aller pas !

Jak jest was mniej niż 4 osoby i głównie siedzicie na plaży to ok.
Pros:

Lokalizacja na samej wyspie - nie za tłoczno, nie za cicho. Cena też była spoko
Mieli naprawdę smaczne śniadania - tutaj duży plus

Cons:

- łazienki do remontu - grzyb, zapach pleśni, swoja świetność miały laaaaata temu.
- kto wpadł na pomysł klimatyzatora 50cm nad łóżkiem ? Przy dziecku śpiącym na górnym łóżku, klimatyzator w nocy nie do użycia.
- sama klimatyzacja nie za czysta
- basen z tona chloru, ale przez 4 dni nie widziałem by ktoś go czyścił.
- no i niestety budowa zaraz za murem, jak rano pijesz kawę na tarasie to budowlańcy zaglądają w twój kubek. To naprawdę jest „zaraz za”

Det som ändå gjorde vår vistelse bra var läget och närheten till stranden. Vi var bara på boendet när vi sov och åt fruk

Det positiva med boendet var läget och frukosten. Även personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig för det mesta.

Cons:

Det är många saker på boendet som är nedgånget. Poolen är inte fräsch, i vårt rum var det många fläckar på väggarna, myror inomhus och en allmänt sjaskig känsla.

Friendly staff and good location, but…

Friendly staff and good location. And the swimming pool is really a plus.

Cons:

There was an awful, almost unbearable, smell from the sewage in the room, which had been there when we moved in. Obviously it was not only in our room. It took two days of complaints before the hotel somehow resolved the sewage problem and then it got better. However almost the half of our stay in Koh Lanta had been spoiled by this.
We did not get even an apology (nor any hint of some kind of refund).
Also, in the bathroom, the old shower has just a few holes left that still let water through, so it is almost no shower (water pressure was OK though), the toilet sometimes did not flush and the light in the bathroom sometimes worked and sometimes not.
There was no complimentary drinking water in the room (as we had in every hotel in Thailand).
All in all, the premises are outdated and neglected, and not especially clean, the price that we paid (about 100 EUR per night) does not correspond at all to this “quality” of the accommodation.
Yes, and there is a noisy construction going on right next to the hotel now.
