The staff, particularly Tahla (office) were brilliant. Friendly, approachable and so helpful. I was seriously impressed with the care and concern that they showed. And the restaurant was exceptional with food quality and choice. I am so pleased I was booked in to here.
There could have been USB ports in the room. That was my only concern in that I expected USB ports and there were none. I, of course, had only brought cables needing a port but that was soon fixed with the loan of a wall charger.
Close to the airport and the courtesy bus to take to airport is great. Under floor heating in the bathroom is a nice touch especially on the really cold winter morning
Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Fridge in room was very small and not have a freezer compartment. But this was a minor issue as the very helpful staff member put medication freezer packs and medication in their restaurant freezer and fridge!

The rain shower was my favourite part of my stay! Bed was super comfortable, the room was toasty and warm after the staff kindly helped me with some replacement batteries for the remote. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was clean and accomodating. The checkin process was efficient given I arrived roughly at 9pm. It was still easy to check in which was good.
I needed to pre-book my airport shuttle. The receptionist was not helpful. I approached the reception desk at 8am looking for a quick shuttle to the airport. The shuttle bus was parked right outside. I confirmed the driver was on the property. But the receptionist said, we only have one shuttle booking at 9:30 am. So even though, there was a driver and the bus was free, it was impossible for her to organise a quick drop off. I only got into the room the night before at 9-10pm only to sleep in the room. And I couldnt get a ride to the airport. I even suggested that I drive myself and then she could just drive the van back herself. It was out of her control.
Convenient to the airport and coast. Easy to park, rooms are clean, comfy. Restaurant is very good and a nice morning coffee. Fabulous staff. For access to airport, ease of stay and value for money, this hotel would be my pick when travelling out of Adelaide airport.
