Cons:

After getting confirmation from booking.com, we got call from hotel, requesting us to cancel the booking as room is in under renovation.when we denied to cancel the booking, they send mail to make full payment for booking confirmation.
As it was written in app to "pay at hotel", we didn't pay.then they called again and told us that as we didn't pay the amount, we will not get any room over there and suggested us to find any other stay option.
