There were so many aspects of this property that made it perfect for our stay. Firstly the apartment had all of the things we needed when travelling with our 12 and 9 year old - laundry, kitchen, air-con, instructions for all of the appliances. We were surprised that even though we were one train station away from Ueno, the area was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay here again. Although check in is virtual, there was always someone on site to help if needed.
Great to have washing facilities and a great place to stay

Did not have a good experience
Nous avons adoré le fait d'être juste à 2 min de la Oku station qui nous a emmener tout partout, Tokyo , Kawagoe , Mont Fujibles places que nous avons pu visiter à partir de cette station.
Nous ont prêter des parapluie à la réception qui ont été d'une tel utilité lors des journée de pluie j'en avait pas pour mes 2 enfants.
Ce fut une excellente expérience avce une belle cu de la chambre 501 xxxx
The property was very clean and secure. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s a distance away from everything, but the train station is only a block away. All in all, a great value for a piece of mind. Thanks!
What a great place! My family of 4 really appreciated the space and comfort. It was clean, modern and equipped with all the appliances we needed. The Prism Inn Ogu is conveniently located near the Oku Station. We enjoyed the small stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. We were greeted by a lovely and friendly employee who thoroughly explained the property and policies. We definitely would stay again and will recommend to our Hawai’i family and friends who visit Japan often.
Great place, it’s located in a very cozy area, close to Mac Donald’s, 7/11 and metro! We were total of 4 people staying there. It was enough room for all of us and the bathroom was clean. The people at the reception were helpful and very nice!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and spacious apartment, perfect for our family of four! The location was super convenient with Oku Station nearby, and having McDonald's and convenience stores just a stone's throw away was a bonus. The bathroom heater was a lifesaver - it dried our clothes in no time! The loft area is a hit with the kids and the beds are so comfy. We'll definitely be back!
The room was spacious for a family of four. In-room laundry was very helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
Our only complaint is that we needed more options to hang our laundry for drying. Some sort of retractable clothesline would have been helpful.
Great stay overall. The unit met expectations for the most part. The couch that pulled out had stains unfortunately and no sheets were left for our use on the couch. Additionally, the place would benefit from a small dining table.
Theres two stations near the Property, one is 1.2 KM away form the property. Therefore if you do have a lot of luggage, please consider taking the cab. Otherwise, a very spacious and good hotel to stay at. Love the design.

Prism Inn Ogu was a very clean and modern looking apartment style hotel. I booked the apartment that can sleep 6 for my family of 4 and we had enough space to fit us comfortably. The apartment was clean, high ceilings and spacious bathroom. In room washing machine. Very close to Oku Station, local restaurants, 7 Eleven, McDonald's etc. It was a very quiet neighborhood which we liked. Front desk staff were friendly and went over the house rules with us. Pay attention to towel services and garbage sorting. Easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!
I really love the location. The JR station is only a stop away from Ueno, and two stops away from Tokyo!
Apartment is slightly far from the station after a day of walking and shopping, especially you are carrying so many things. There was renovation nearby which is the minus point.
Receptionist was nice. Able store luggage before check in time. Luggages were in the room before we came back to check in. Pretty awesome.
Apartment is big. Minus point is the microwave is spoilt. We didn’t notify the receptionist because I just get the convenient store staff to heat up my things for me. Thankful to have washing machine.
Overall I would recommend this place is you dont have kids. Because walking from station to apartment or vice versa is a little long(it says 5-6 min but depends on your walking speed). If you don’t mind the walk, it is really a spacious place!
How I would like it to be a hotel with daily cleaning service. But oh well, you can’t find a perfect accommodation I guess.
