Big and comfortable

They have a convenient store and restaurant at the lobby. In the property itself , we really like that they have washing machines as well as WiFi. Rooms also is pretty clean.
The parking lot is a bit confusing. The water in shower drain very2 slow.
The apartment is very clean, the apartment is exactly as advertise, complete facilities for example adequate towel, toiletries from body shop, the ac is great, the wifi is good, microwave kettle, adequate tissue, hanger, and trash bag are also provided. Easy check in, easy check out. The staff always fast respond if there are any problems. Commodities are provided and free to use for example sauna, jacuzzi, gym, family room(karaoke), table tennis, indoor golf, adult pool, kids pool, playground and man-made beach. The location is great-near legoland, lots of affordable restaurant near by, has Mr Diy, speed99 mart, KK mart etc.
The stove is broken. warm water is inconsistent. no washer and dryer in the unit. But there is a paid self service laundry at the 7th floor of the apartment.
The room is clean and near the lift. Easy for access to room.
The bed design was bad and easy make pain to everyone leg. And the washing machine was broken cannot be repair and use. So bad. And the dobi located in very far and insecure floor LG1.
The apartment is clean and location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, always prompt in assisting us with our request.
One of the aircon is down on one night and the fan was also not working, however the staff is fast to resolve the issue of the aircon the next day upon request. There was a power trip while we were showering on our first night of stay, it was quite an encounter. The staff managed to assist in getting help from the electrician and problem was fixed within an hour.

The staff are not very helpful and gave us wrong parking key. The office is somewhere and the room is somewhere. Quite confuse and nobody helped us to go to the room. Need to go around few times and make many calls to the staff.
Bed not comfortable. Pipe line is at the wrong side of the toilet. Difficult to use. Bathroom glass door makes noise when open and close.
Easy access to Legoland, high raise view of the city and the theme park
Needs improvement on hot water provision, the instant heater is small and just warm.
The beds are comfortable and suits for big family to gather. Basic toiletries like towels, toothbrush, soap are provided. Easy to get grab to move from one place to another. Value for money since it is 4bedroom apartment, manage to get below 2k for 3 nights
No garbage bag are provided, had to purchase by my own at nearby shop.

Hair dryer spoil and common toilet water heater not working. Called and message agent office to report defects but no reply.
Room was super clean, luxurious feel, comfortable bed, and most importantly, host was very very nice and accommodating
