Pros:

スタッフの方々はとても丁寧で、質問に対しても親身になっていただき、安心しました。

Cons:

もともと置かれている物かはわかりませんが、ビジネス書のようなもの3冊置いてありました（一冊は丸テーブル、もう2冊はテレビの棚の下方）一冊は表紙がそれ返っており、気持ちのよいものではなかったです。

また、このようなホテルには泊まり慣れていない自分でしたので、ワイファイの繋ぎ方が最初はわかりませんでした。あとからテレビ画面でわかりましたが、チェックインの時に、ひと言言ってくださるとありがたいと思いました。

清掃をお願いしなかったので、アメニティが届けられていてありがたかったです。しかし、使わなかった物が重複することになり、そのようなときは、そのままでいいのかわからずフロントに電話で伺いました。それについても、ひと言あるいは、メモをつけていただくなり、あれば親切だなと思いました。

Pros:

クルマで横浜から3連泊し、寒い雪の京都を満喫しました❕
日にちを間違えて次日からの3連泊の予約をしてしまったようで、着いた当日初日は予約リストに名前が無く、途方に暮れましたが、瞬時にスタッフが優しく丁寧な対応してくださり、なんとかこの日からホテルに泊まれることになりました。ホッ(*´-`)と胸を撫で下ろしました。
間違えた3泊目のキャンセル処理もスタッフの方に対応していただきとても助ったと同時にありがたかったです。本当にありがとうございました。

ホテルのバーキングはありませんが、ホテル前の交差点近くにコインバーがあり、便利です。インバウンドの外国人(特に中国政策)も少なく、雪の古都京都を楽しく十分に堪能させていただきました。
空いていてマイカードライブでいろいろ観光できて良かったです。
楽しい想い出になりましたよ❕

Disappointing and not a convenient location
Pros:

Property was clean and tidy

Cons:

The heating is centrally controlled and we had 2 rooms one room was extremely hot and we could not turn the temperature down so needed to ask for a fan, which was noisy and made for very sleepless night over heating, we even had to get ice to cool down in the middle of winter. The room was not thoughtful with the TV located on a wall which was not viewable. The buffet was not worth the additional fee and lacked options

És molt claustrofòbic: espai reduit, finesta translúcida NO practicable, no pots veure fora ni ventilar. Nomes dues rentadores per a tot l’hotel.
