Very professional staff made my stay comfortable

Cons:

Lack of information on Booking.com regarding the conditions of obtaining an invoice. I asked for it right after making a reservation and was told it's already too late, since I've already paid. The staff was very helpful and provided me with an alternative document, but an information on how to get an invoice in the first place would be useful.

L emplacement ainsi que la facilité d accès des transports. En effet nous avons accès a plusieurs ligne de bus autour de l hotel nous permettant de aller facilement à Gion ou Kinkakuji.

Pros:

The staff were excellent and the facilities were complete. Best breakfast of all the hotels we booked! We were able to access all the areas of Kyoto that we wanted wide easily by transit and there were some beautiful sites within walking distance. Grocery store and great restaurants nearby.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est varié, la chambre spacieuse et les options proposer comme les machine a boisson et les lave linge

Cons:

L'hotel est proche de la route ce qui est assez genant mais pas insurmontable sauf qu'il fait assez chaud dans les chambres on ne peux donc pas dormir la fenetre ouverte

Staff ia very responsive and kind. The location ia perfect and the room is also perfect. I liked the laundry room, when when i bring less clothes.
