Pros:

Vue imprenable sur le village, très agréable de se poser sur leur terrasse. La chambre était propre, confortable avec balcon et vue sur le village encore. Ils ont un petit café à côté de la terrasse de l’hôtel qui propose les meilleurs Iced coffees qu’on a pu boire à Oman ! Le personnel était très agréable. Ils proposent un restaurant le soir qui était très bon et très pratique car il n’y a pas de restaurant au village.

Very comfortable, great views and great team especially Nabim.
Pros:

Located with great views of the village.
Very helpful team especially Nabim , Assan, Ajid and Emon.
The entire team went out of their way to make it a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Emplacement surplombant le village avec une super vue. Chambres immenses et récentes. Terrasse très sympa.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner un peu limité mais 1/ on est au milieu de la montagne 2/ c'était le Ramadan avec peu de monde dans l'hôtel.

Beautyfull new Hotel , very helpfull crew , Wonderfull landscape at morning , one of the most impressing places we saw in Oman , object is located in mountains so please consider 4x4 car , road is truly "of road" , but overall impression is definitely positive.

Magnifique vue depuis la chambre sur le village de Balad Saeet
Pros:

La vue de la chambre est exceptionnelle sur le magnifique village de Bilad Saeet ! C'est le gros point fort de cet hôtel.
Le personnel a été fantastique pour nous changer les chambres pour 2 communicantes avec une encore plus belle vue.
Les chambres sont très bien équipées, l'hôtel moderne et propre.

Cons:

Le style de l'hôtel pas très cohérent avec le charme du village, c'est dommage ! depuis l'hôtel on ne voit que le village donc ça va, mais depuis le village l'hôtel jure et dénature la paysage.
La partie restauration est sans charme, la salle résonne, est de style froid et sans charme.
