Het uitzicht is geweldig! Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime schone kamer en badkamer. Prima avondeten.
In tegenstelling tot andere reviews, de weg van Jebel Hat is prima te doen met een fourwheel drive. Prachtige vergezichten.

Getting there by car on the mountain road is an adventure alone and recommended only for experienced "fearless" drivers with 4WD vehicle.

Great staff which is extraordinary friendly and helpfull, enjoyed the talk in the afternoon with Nabin and Ali very much.

Good for guests who also like quietness close to nature and peace in mind, which the place Balad Syat offers.

Where do I begin, I loved everything about this place! The location is phenomenal! The hotel is surrounded by mountains and a small village nestled in-between. Absolutely gorgeous! It was difficult to get to, slightly risky, but so worth it! Make sure you are a confident driver. A huge thank you to the guy who helped us reach the hotel, it took us a while after getting lost 3 times but he really came through! So sorry I forgot your name but he was Nepali. Getting lost isn't bad, as we managed to go through many wadis! Great experience! The food in this hotel is exceptional! I loved it very much! More than anything, come for the spectacular view!

The location is amazing. It is a quiet place with the amazing view of the village and mountains. You need to have 4x4 car to reach the location and you ca ntake a tour to Snake Canyon

Komfortable Unterkunft mitten in den Bergen mit einer tollen Aussicht und schöner Terrasse. Nette freundliche hilfsbereite Gastgeber . Gutes Essen und gutes Frühstück . Waren sehr zufrieden.

Vue imprenable sur le village, très agréable de se poser sur leur terrasse. La chambre était propre, confortable avec balcon et vue sur le village encore. Ils ont un petit café à côté de la terrasse de l’hôtel qui propose les meilleurs Iced coffees qu’on a pu boire à Oman ! Le personnel était très agréable. Ils proposent un restaurant le soir qui était très bon et très pratique car il n’y a pas de restaurant au village.

The entire team went out of their way to make it a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Beautyfull new Hotel , very helpfull crew , Wonderfull landscape at morning , one of the most impressing places we saw in Oman , object is located in mountains so please consider 4x4 car , road is truly "of road" , but overall impression is definitely positive.
