Pros:

Sauna was the best ever. Room was clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to Hakata station.

Cons:

Room was on the small side so be prepared if you have huge luggages. The room we were in was full of micro sounds at night coming from all sorts of things in the room like air-conditioning unit, air purifier, the toilet and not sure what else. You won't hear them if you're zonked out but if you're struggling to sleep then it could make things difficult.

Petit déjeuner gratuit, simple mais efficace. Chambre très propre et personnel accueillant. Le sauna (en option) est également un bon plus pour le lieux.

Pros:

It was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I've been traveling for about a month now, and this hotel stands out as particularly nice. Bed was soft and there were ample pillows. Shower was comfortable for someone tall like me. I'd stay there again!

Gorgeous and well located hotel
Pros:

Amazing stay! Sad we only stayed one night. Staff were all delightful and so helpful. Room was big for Japanese standard and so clean and bright. Gorgeous modern bathroom. Free breakfast in morning!
