Charming tumbly honest home in a great location surrounded by great cafes and restaurants in walking distance to sights.
Pros:

I don’t like modern high rise hotels much prefer properties with character and this place has it in spades. Charming a little tumble down place. Our room was large and spacious with a kitchen, big shower room all very clean.

Cons:

I thought it charming and full of character. Not luxurious but honest and good value.

Vị trí

Cons:

- Phải tự mình mang vali lên chứ không có ai hỗ trợ khách ngày đầu tiên. Số phòng cũng không được báo trước.
- Toilet cực kỳ nhiều muỗi. Thuốc xịt muổi cũng không diệt hết được. Không có sẳn dầu gội và sữa tắm.
- 2,3 ngày mới dọn rác 1 lần. Tùy thuộc vào người giúp việc có làm ngày đó hay không. Được hướng dẫn là nếu rác đầy thì bỏ ra ngoài hành lang và họ cho sẳn bọc rác để tự thay.
- Phòng không có chốt bên trong.
-Phòng bếp không có gia vị, thiết bị cần thiết phải hỏi xin ( nhưng cũng phải chờ người giúp việc tới mới có) hoặc được hướng dẫn tự sang phòng khác lấy.
- Không gian vắng lặng, cảm thấy bất an.
- Đang có thợ sửa chữa các phòng ở tầng một, bụi nhiều nhưng không được thông báo tiếng nào.

location was amazing. price was great value for money.

Cons:

More attention to detail is required - we were checked in to the wrong room at first. A hanger was dangling from the hole in the ceiling of one room. Another room had only one clean towel, and a dirty towel was left hanging in the bedroom.

salle de bains sale, l'ensemble sale, nous avons nettoyé
arrivé des ustensiles de cuisine non lavé
travaux rénovation dans le bâtiment, nuisance sonore et poussière
escalier pour arriver au 3ème étroit et sale
lit dur et très haut
sol une énorme bosse qui à plusieurs reprises ont a heurté et fait mal aux pieds

Cons:

The fridge gave off a foul smell, there were some unknown person’s underwear in the bathroom, and ants 🐜 on the bed. The whole place was very dirty, which triggered my allergies. There were also some unidentified “exorcism” items placed in the bathroom and bedroom, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Although the landlord offered a 30% discount, I told him I would pay 50% and cover the cleaning fee. But honestly, the place was extremely filthy.
