If your goal is to be near the inlet and enjoy the pool and location, this property is a good choice
Pros:

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient, especially for those wanting to be close to the inlet. The property is just a short walk from the water, and we appreciated having two balconies to enjoy the views and outdoor space.

Our children especially enjoyed the pool, and our son spent much of his time trying to catch the many lizards around the property, which was a highlight of the trip for him.

Cons:

One thing prospective guests should know is that the beach area directly behind the property is very small and is not what many people would consider a traditional beach. There is limited sand and only a small area for beach activities. During our stay, there was also a significant algae bloom, which unfortunately affected the beach experience. Of course, that is a natural condition and not something the property owner can control.

Completely enamored! Will definitely come back!
Pros:

Perfect location… gorgeous view!! Clean grounds and close to everything. Sunset beach wasn’t much within walking distance less than 2 min walk.

Cons:

The beach wasn’t much of a beach unfortunately with the tides coming in and the sea grass over running it but still absolutely gorgeous views! The lounge chairs and tiki huts were prime spots for relaxing and listening to the waves crashing so it made up for the beach.

Great place for someone who likes nice things.
Pros:

The location was beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The clientele were well mannered and respectful. The condo was was comfortable and accommodating.

Cons:

Curtain on sliding glass door in master bedroom could be darker to keep out sunlight.
