Perfect room for a short stay in Cape Town
Pros:

Very good communication. Parking was ideal. Our room was small but well equipped. Absolutely no complaints. Prudence on reception was very helpful.

Compact but convenient stop for a solo traveller
Pros:

I stayed here for Cape Town Cycle Tour. Although the room was VERY compact it was fine and well designed for 1 person. Facilities and location were great. Kudos to the staff who left me a note wishing me good luck for my cycling event as well as a energy drink and bar, very sweet of them! Concierge whatsapp service were very good too. Overall its a very convenient place to stay when visiting CT if visiting solo

Tolle Unterkunft in einer wuseligen Stadt.
Pros:

Alles. Sehr guter Service. Sehr gute Ausstattung und in sehr gutem Zustand. Perfekt gelegen um gut wegzukommen und viel zu unternehmen.

Pros:

Плюсы :

- Чистый номер, хорошая бытовая техника и посуда. Хорошие шампунь и крем который очень помог после активного солнца
- Локация хорошая, в 3 минутах магазин с очень хорошим выбором продуктов и вина. Учитывайте что магазины работают до 20 часов алкоголь по воскресенья продают до 18 часов
- Пешком можно дойти до Грин поинта, до вотер фронта доходил за 25 минут не спеша.
- В 15 минутах ходьбы большой крытый фуд корт Modjo
- Рядом остановка красного экскурсионного автобуса (гостиница венчестер)
- В номере хорошая шумоизоляция, так же ник то не сидит на балконах и не болтает ( тут заслуга сильного ветра с океана, дольше пары минут там не постоять)
- На -2 этаже есть лондри но оно дороже чем лондри через дорогу.
- Очень приветливый охранник

Cons:

Минусы
- Кровать по ощущениям в ширину 160 спать вдвоем ок, но вот длина по ощущениям 170-175 максимум ноги свисают)
- Нас заселили на втором этаже и окна выходили на сторону гор, так вот там какая то зона отдыха и если бы там кто то сидел то это прям напротив окон при этом эта зона выше уровня номера и на нас могли смотреть сверху вниз
- На 8 этаже есть бассейн но это скорее ванная
- В номере газовая плита и баллон от нее так же в номере в шкафу, считаю не очень безопасно, лучше бы установили электрическую
- Уборку проводят раз в два дня, белье меняют раз в 5 дней. Время уборки полностью зависит от настроения уборщицы. Один раз к нам пришли в 17:00 и когда я попросил подождать 10 минут чтобы я собрался и ушел, она сделала максимально не довольное лицо. Хотя на мой взгляд уборка должна происходить до обеда

Location is central.
Nice balcony.
Good equipment with Netflix active subscription.

Cons:

They didnt provide me with the Wifi details until few hours before i checked out. I only stayed one night though.
