Pros:

Room was small but it was clean, good mattress, good water pressure in the shower. AC, and 2 big windows for natural light. Staff was friendly and in general it was silent during the night and morning, so you can sleep and rest well.

Отзывчивый и чуткий персонал 24/7. Заселение быстрое, номера просторные и чистые. Большой санузел без технических проблем - редкость для отелей с такой низкой стоимостью! Расположение идеально: пешком можно дойти до главных достопримечательностей и метро, столовые, магазины и рестораны - все рядом. Остановилась бы здесь еще раз. Советую!

Una bonita experiencia
Pros:

El hotel es limpio, el personal es muy amable, cerca hay tiendas donde puedes conseguir comida a un precio accesible, la zona es muy turística y queda a 10 min caminando de muchos monumentos y mezquitas.

Cons:

El primer cuarto estaba muy pequeño pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron y me encantó

Recommended Residence
Pros:

First of all: The staff/ team of lillia(Lidya) and Nikita were very friendly and trying to help out where they can.

Vorab, sehr freundliches Personal.

Location is pretty good, especially for a tourist, who wants to discover the European side and the mosques!
Sehr gute Lage!
You can get a good shower, bathroom is clean.
Badezimmer ist sehr sauber.

Comfort was OK. Principle is, you get what you pay . Don't have high expectations, if you pay budget money.

All in all definitely worth a recommendation, considering the value and location.

Cons:

Hygiene is key and this is something you guys have to work a little on but don't get me wrong, it was not that you couldn't sleep there.
The staff responsible for hygiene is a little bit weird and not really working well or steadily.
This would be my only mini complaint.

Отель чудесный! Будто оказался в своём втором доме — настолько здесь уютно и безопасно. Персонал невероятно приятный: внимательный, отзывчивый, создаёт по-настоящему тёплую атмосферу. Огромное спасибо за такую заботу!

Сад потрясающий — здесь так спокойно и комфортно, что даже возникло ощущение, будто попал в атмосферу любимого сериала. Невероятно приятное чувство!

Место просто идеальное: красивое и при этом совсем рядом с центром. Всем рекомендую здесь остановиться — точно не пожалеете! Уже скучаю и обязательно вернусь снова!

The stay was almost pleasant, but there are some things that should be improved.
Pros:

The location was pretty nice. The price seems fair.

Cons:

The keys to the apartment were ancient and didn't always work. Also they hurt my fingers so bad. The worst thing about this accommodation was the 3 little windows behind the bathroom, which wouldn't close. This has made the room always cold and showering almost impossible. We went in January so this was a huge problem, I imagine it wouldn't be so bad during the summer. Also, they didn't give us any face towels, and the towels which we were given had yellow stains on them.

Cons:

The bed was either broken or faar to soft for two people to sleep comfortably. If you slept on the sides it would slant down. Just too small for two average size people to sleep on comfortable.
